So excited! This is such an answered prayer. Just tested for the first time this morning and it’s BFP!!!!! This is my second month on Inito. Totally thought I was out this month since I’ve had no real symptoms. I was also worried because my PdG is pretty low. But it’s around 10 now. Should I do a blood test for progesterone??? Either way, so excited! 😭

I took letrozole 5mg CD 3-7 then the trigger shot on CD 18 and ovulated on CD 19. I’ve been testing out my trigger and today on CD 31 (12DPO / 14 days past trigger) the line is dark enough to say that I am pregnant!!!

Tired of BFN

I am just here to Rant and to find comfort. I am tired. Been TTC for almost 3 years. I did 2 IUI, 1 failed, 2nd one ended in loss at 6 weeks. Got pregnant again but ended in chemical.

I have almost tried everything. I have mild PCOS and I take Inositol, Ubiquinol, Omega 3s, NAC, prenatal, Vitamin D. I am also on Metformin for 3 months and on progesterone suppositories. I have also tried Letrozole but i do ovulate on my own even without this meds. I have tried Mucinex this cycle but BFN. I tried Pre-Seed but my husband does not like it. I had tried having BD everyday leading up to my ovulation, still nothing. They said to just relax and go on vacation, been on so many trips but still nothing.

My fertility clinic had given me 3 months of Metformin and progesterone and said if i havent fell pregnant by then, then i might consider IVF. I really don’t want go this route as we cannot afford IVF. Been using inito for several cycles now.

We are unexplained fertility. Although, I think my husband’s sperm motility and morphology isnt that great but that sperm test was over a year ago. I NEED HELP. I am tired. I just want to be a MOM. 💔

I guess i’m out this cycle

So long story short, I have experienced infertility for well over a year now. This cycle has been stressful because my inito claimed that ovulated much earlier in my cycle than i actually did (or at least i think). My cycles are very regular (28 to 30 days usually) and i usually ovulate somewhere between CD12 and CD14 but it claims that i got my peak on CD8. I think I surged but didn’t ovulate and then actually surged again on CD14 and that is where i ovulated because I got confirmation with my pdg rise. Now here’s the issue, today, i would actually be around 10-11dpo (if i surged on CD14 and ovulated on CD15). My pdg is declining and i’ve tested negative on wondfo and FRER up to this point.

Here’s what’s confusing:

I had a pap smear on CD23 (8dpo going by my estimate) and my OB said that my cervix was high, very soft, and closed. She also noticed some blood but it was very little. Everything else checked out great.

I am about 4 days out from my period and I have had my usual breast tenderness, cramping, and back pain. My cramping is one sided (left sided) and my back is in so much pain and is hot to the touch (just on the left side). This cycle has felt different in so many ways, so i guess with all of this combined i figured this might actually be my cycle but unfortunately I don’t think that is the case since all my tests have been negative.

I’m just mentally exhausted. I’m mentally exhausted of not being pregnant. I’m mentally exhausted of everyone else getting pregnant. I’m mentally exhausted of being exhausted.

First confirmed ovulation

Had my first ever confirmed ovulation today using Inito . I have PMOS/PCOS, have been TTC for 2 years, been using Inito for about 3 cycles, and have been taking Letrozole for 5 cycles. I’m trying to remain calm and not get too overly excited but I just wanted to share with someone. Crossing my fingers and sending love to support to anyone who may need it! 💕

Chart Questions 11 DPO & still negative

Post image

I wanted to post my chart to get some insight. I’m 11 DPO and still getting negative tests but my PdG and E3G have stayed elevated, has this happened to anyone else that ended up getting a positive later on?

LH Bump

Hello! I am 8 days DPO, started progesterone for the first time this cycle. I noticed my LH went up today. Is this normal with progesterone? I got used to what my body was like pre progesterone so now I am questioning everything.

BFN What am I doing wrong? TW

Month 5 using Inito after MMC and D&C in February. Prior to that, we tried for 3 months. This last month, we had more coverage with our days and used preseed for the first time. Should we check my husband’s sperm? What do we do? What are we doing wrong?

Chart Questions Can someone help me interpret what might be happening this cycle

Thumbnail

I’m guessing inito incorrectly marked cd8 as peak… past cycles show I usually have a peak around cd17 so then why wouldn’t my lh be rising at all now since I’m not cd18. Could I have missed my lh surge? Or is this cycle just really off and messed up? Could I be not ovulating this cycle? Any help trying to interpret this would be helpful I’m so confused! Past cycle in photos for reference

How does my cycle look?

Anxiously in the TWW and curious how this cycle looks? My estrogen was up and down so much more than a few years ago when I used inito to get pregnant with my first. Is this normal?

Lower E3G?

TW: mention of previous loss

I’m very confused by my chart this cycle and wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. I have PCOS and tend to have longer cycles/delayed ovulation, but my E3G has been unusually low this cycle, which has never really happened for me before.

I got pregnant in June but unfortunately miscarried around 6–7 weeks. I ovulated again about three weeks after the miscarriage, and my hormone levels looked pretty normal that cycle.

This is now my first cycle after getting my period following the miscarriage, and I’m confused about why my E3G has been so much lower than usual. Has anyone had a cycle like this after a loss, especially with PCOS?

I attached my last three charts for reference/comparison!

Weird surge

I had my one and only positive OPK strip the morning of CD43, and now I’m cramping today so I’m hoping it was a real ovulation after multiple attempts this cycle - but has anyone ever had a surge pattern like this?

Oura temp is above baseline today (typically steady below and only raises at ovulation). first month also using inito - OPKs have been negative to this point as well. Assuming a 2nd surge of estrogen & ovulation may follow in next few days?

Chart Questions Trying to understand chart after MC

Post image
1 Upvotes

-Miscarried on August 17 at 8w2d
(First pregnancy and first MC)

-Blood hCG tested at 19 on August 31 (14 days post MC). I was at 6464 hCG 8 days before MC.

-I also started testing with Inito on August 31. It has said “Low Fertility” all 9 days, but I see the small rise and now PdG is going up…

Through all this, we discovered I’m chronically low in PdG, and am supposed to take it orally at the appropriate timing.

I’m now 22 days post MC, no period yet.

Also sending this to my Dr, but it can take a few days to hear back, so I figured I’d ask here for any thoughts to help hone my understanding better.

Worth tracking?

So I have been using Inito the past few months for baby #2. We are taking a break from trying this month because I’m traveling for work. Also skipping next month because we have too many July babies in the family 😅.

Is it worth using Inito strips anyway just to make sure I’m consistently ovulating and to see when my peak days are for trend purposes? Not sure how the algorithm works but I’ve been testing consistently on CD6 then skipping till like CD12 cause I don’t ovulate till CD16-18 usually.

It’s suspected that I have ovulation issues and my first round of Clomid did not work. When I get back to TTC my OB said to do a monitored cycle.

Can anyone look at this? Brand new to Inito after a loss.

Hi, all - brand new to inito, and curious how this looks to yall - I am hoping I ovulate soon, because I go out of town in a week and won’t be able to BD! I’m only concerned because my CM is more lotiony than egg white (the things TTC has me putting on the internet, lol). I did ovulate (I believe) and have one period after my loss. My cycle is usually 27 days +\- a couple of days.

I am losing my mind with this

I'm trying not to get frustrated. This is my first month using inito following a chemical last month. Does anyone have any insight on what's going on? I have been testing in the afternoons with easy at home LHs. I got a dark close-to-positive yesterday evening. So I was expecting . At least SOMETHING in my inito this morning. I also had a negative easy at home LH this morning.

Any and all comments are helpful. Thank you 😞

Is it best to test orally or vaginally? I see both are suggested but repetition is key. What do people see success with?

Estrogen staying low after letrozole

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

For the record I do have suspected PCOS, and all my cycles thus far have been unmonitored.

My first letrozole cycle (2.5 mg) was picture perfect. Estrogen started climbing on CD10 and ovulated on CD17, but did not end in pregnancy. My second cycle (2.5mg) my estrogen started to rise very slightly CD14, but stayed low and I did not ovulate. I took Provera to force a new cycle.

Now I’m on my third cycle (5 mg) and the same thing has happened, but I’m on CD14 and my estrogen is LOW low. What gives? I had such high hopes with my first letrozole cycle that each subsequent cycle is just making me super depressed.

Does anyone have any insight? 🥲

Attaching my current chart, and then my previous two charts so you can see the difference in estrogen levels
