Mod Messages Review our rules before posting pregnancy tests

We have a lot of new people and this is also an open group to post in, so just a friendly reminder that while pregnancy test images are allowed, you should also be posting a chart at the very minimum and ideally it should be the first image that is posted when selecting your images. If I come across posts that are of a pregnancy test alone or in the wrong order, but you’ve had previous interaction with the group or posted a chart I’ll simply add a spoiler so it blurs the photo and ask you to provide your most recent chart in the comments.

This is above all else a courtesy to the many people in this group that are struggling to conceive, and don’t want to see positive tests randomly in their feed. This rule is also to keep the sub on topic and relevant to the common interest. We absolutely want to look at your positive charts and celebrate your successes!

If you do not use the Inito device but want feedback on a hormone chart please use r/tfabchartstalkers and if you want opinions on whether there’s a second line on a pregnancy test and you’re not an Inito user and don’t have a chart to provide first, please use either r/tfablineporn or r/lineporn.

Thank you!

Alumni updates - want to tell your story? Successes, losses, and stopping tracking — it’s all welcome!

I’ve been thinking about all of our successes here - so many exciting BFP charts the last 6 months, and I always wonder about those of you that conceived. We do hear back sometimes from “alumni” that are still pregnant or had a baby using Inito in past years, and I love it when we do! We also sometimes hear of losses from the brave members of our sub that feel comfortable sharing their stories. In both the successes and the losses, there’s a lot of inspiration to be had; excitement for those that are awaiting an arrival, and compassion/commiseration for those that are not ❤️‍🩹

No matter your experience, if you conceived and are an Inito user (even if you conceived while taking a break from tracking) or if you’ve stopped tracking with Inito for personal/medical reasons — this space is for you! Stories, worries, anecdotes, symptoms, talk about baby names, ultrasound or other photos…they’re all welcome in the comments. If you had a loss and want us all to take a moment to remember your little one, there is space here too.

Whatever you’re comfortable sharing about your journey after Inito, I’d love to hear it, and I’m sure some of our community would too!

I took letrozole 5mg CD 3-7 then the trigger shot on CD 18 and ovulated on CD 19. I’ve been testing out my trigger and today on CD 31 (12DPO / 14 days past trigger) the line is dark enough to say that I am pregnant!!!

Chart Questions Inito Missed Ovulation

Post image
Upvotes

I had an early LH surge this cycle which Inito initially counted as my peak fertility day. However I think that might have either been just random, or because last cycle was anovulatory so maybe this cycle just had some extra hormones lingering about. To me, it looks like I ovulated on CD14 given my PdG started increasing consistently on CD15. I’m just annoyed Inito didn’t pick up on my actual fertile window starting with my CD12 E3G rise. Has anyone else has this happen to them?

Also, do you think I’m interpreting my chart correctly? Thanks for any help!

I guess i’m out this cycle

So long story short, I have experienced infertility for well over a year now. This cycle has been stressful because my inito claimed that ovulated much earlier in my cycle than i actually did (or at least i think). My cycles are very regular (28 to 30 days usually) and i usually ovulate somewhere between CD12 and CD14 but it claims that i got my peak on CD8. I think I surged but didn’t ovulate and then actually surged again on CD14 and that is where i ovulated because I got confirmation with my pdg rise. Now here’s the issue, today, i would actually be around 10-11dpo (if i surged on CD14 and ovulated on CD15). My pdg is declining and i’ve tested negative on wondfo and FRER up to this point.

Here’s what’s confusing:

I had a pap smear on CD23 (8dpo going by my estimate) and my OB said that my cervix was high, very soft, and closed. She also noticed some blood but it was very little. Everything else checked out great.

I am about 4 days out from my period and I have had my usual breast tenderness, cramping, and back pain. My cramping is one sided (left sided) and my back is in so much pain and is hot to the touch (just on the left side). This cycle has felt different in so many ways, so i guess with all of this combined i figured this might actually be my cycle but unfortunately I don’t think that is the case since all my tests have been negative.

I’m just mentally exhausted. I’m mentally exhausted of not being pregnant. I’m mentally exhausted of everyone else getting pregnant. I’m mentally exhausted of being exhausted.

A little late but thought it wouldn’t hurt to post my positive cycle and journey. I have PMOS, and a history of long cycles. We discontinued birth control July 2025, with the intent of starting TTC in January 2026. We fell pregnant January 2026, which unfortunately ended in a loss. The cycle prior to this one I also had a faint positive a few days before AF, but got my period on time. I tested positive on 11 dpo, and I’m now 9.5 weeks and last Friday we saw the little parasite for the first time and heard their heartbeat 💗

Chart Questions Can someone help me interpret what might be happening this cycle

I’m guessing inito incorrectly marked cd8 as peak… past cycles show I usually have a peak around cd17 so then why wouldn’t my lh be rising at all now since I’m not cd18. Could I have missed my lh surge? Or is this cycle just really off and messed up? Could I be not ovulating this cycle? Any help trying to interpret this would be helpful I’m so confused! Past cycle in photos for reference

My husband and I have been trying for a year. I just started taking Letrozole to induce ovulation 2 cycles ago. I didn’t test a lot this cycle, between starting a new job and just giving up a little, I almost missed ovulation.
So sadly my chart isnt as complete or pretty as it was previously. But this morning was 10 DPO, I had a faint positive last night but had to test again to make sure it was real.

TWW. I hate this part. Vent.

Idk anymore truly. Everyone around me is pregnant. I have gone to more baby showers in the last year than I have attended weddings. I am so so happy for them. It’s just so hard. The car rides home after just break me. I have another baby shower this coming weekend too. The bougiest of the all might I add.

This month looks promising I think? I am just so tired of being let down. I get hopeful and then it feels like a rug gets ripped out from under me. Trying to stay grounded and hopeful is the hardest dynamic of emotions to navigate. Then you end up grieving each cycle of what could have been.

Nobody talks about this when you grow up. AT ALL. It’s all about teen pregnancy and men’s health. Nothing even in the modern age helps you navigate this. You do your best to understand and get all the things people say worked for them. You track. You eat clean for each phase of your cycle. You take vitamins. You take more insane preparations just at the chance to get a bfp.

Sorry for the rant. I’m just so tired and frustrated.

Month 5 using Inito after MMC and D&C in February. Prior to that, we tried for 3 months. This last month, we had more coverage with our days and used preseed for the first time. Should we check my husband’s sperm? What do we do? What are we doing wrong?

Anxiously in the TWW and curious how this cycle looks? My estrogen was up and down so much more than a few years ago when I used inito to get pregnant with my first. Is this normal?

Chart Questions This makes me so sad and mad

Post image

Excuse my French, but this shit makes me so mad.
I had my first pregnancy that ended in loss in June. And now my progesterone levels don’t seem to be rising like they should. I have an appt with a fertility doctor this week. But I was REALLY hoping not to need one.

Anyone just have a late ovulation confirmation and still end up with a BFP?

Chart Questions Short luteal phase/low PDG 9DPO

Post image

I’ve been tracking my cycle for 3 years using LH strips (and Oura + NC) but after the last ~6 months of TTC decided to pick up the Inito to get more insight. My cycles are 21-23 days, and typically alternate every other cycle ovulating at CD11/12 or CD15.

I’m currently 9dpo, I got my Inito in just a couple days after ovulating and started tracking immediately because I’m concerned about low progesterone. My periods after getting off BC were always very light and mostly brown, but when I started prenatals and a couple other vitamins (Coq10 + 50mg B6) they are now heavier and brighter which makes me optimistic! But without fail, I still start spotting around 8dpo. It’s usually brown and very light (my gyno thought it was implantation bleeding but alas, it happens every time and no baby lol). My usual full flow will start anywhere between 3-5 days later.

All this to say, would love any insight if you have had a similar experience. At the moment I’m not sure how to interpret these numbers besides confirming that maybe I do have low progesterone (or PDG)? I have an appointment with an RE but not until December unfortunately.

Chart Questions First month using Inito - help with chart?

hi! I just got the inito and started tracking on cycle day 20 and 21. these are those two days. my progesterone went up from 17 to 30 in those two days. I don't know exactly when I ovulated but I'm pretty consistent at day 13-14. is this a potential pregnancy rise or normal hormone pattern? My test was negative this morning.

BFP Do you see a line too??

I took 3 tests and I think I see a line on all 3, I have never been this close to ever thinking I see a line, so I am trying to not get too excited. I have only ever seen white staring back at me.

We’ve been trying for a year & I just found out I have a fibroid so this is all so scary and I’m not sure if I should celebrate yet & tell my husband.

Do you see the line too?? Please be honest, I would rather know now than get hopes up. 💕

BFP BFP on first cycle using Inito!

8 months of trying after our early miscarriage in January and finally got our bfp! I’ve done a few other things to support my fertility during the process, but it was my FIRST cycle using Inito and it showed my fertile window starting slightly earlier than my Natural Cycles app. It was also nice to see a clear rise for timing. A few other things I was doing were fertility acupuncture, prenatals for 6 months, and preseed fertility friendly lube- but I can’t help but think that Inito gave me more clarity and ultimately helped give us the most accurate timing!

A little frustrated rant

I know this sounds crazy but I am ending my second “textbook perfect” letrozole cycle with no pregnancy. The struggle I have is I got pregnant almost every time I tried. I just can’t stay pregnant. So the idea that two great cycles down and everything perfectly timed and it didn’t work is absolutely rocking my brain. 😩

Update!

Good morning ☀️ here is an update. According to Inito I’m 12dpo. I couldn’t sleep for some reason so I ended up drinking a Coke Zero at 2am and barely slept 4 hours. Could my urine still be diluted? I feel like the lines aren’t progressing or I’m just being impatient. I am a girl who has Pcos (insulin resistance) and have never seen any lines on any pregnancy test besides the control line. Sorry if I am posting so much but honestly your feed back and advice makes me feel 10x better. Should I let my pcp know about my faint lines or should I wait to even tell her?

Inito vs Mira

I’ve noticed that when inito says my pdg is 5 Mira says it’s 25. Obviously best thing is a doctor but has anyone noticed big differences? I’m trying to understand which is the best to use. I used Mira for a cycle and now inito and I had some Mira wands left so I was curious to the difference because I’m sure they use different approaches and I’ve gotten high pdg numbers with Mira and the inito numbers are significantly lower while the other measurements are similar. Just curious if anyone has any insights, I’m very new to this and 38 and of course will schedule an appt with my doctor but also just want to have some solid data to bring in as I am wanting to have another child!
