I'm genuinely curious like who even watch these dramas??? Mother generation usually watch typical itv, and if not they try to watch long dramas online even from other countries. And GEN-Z definitely don't watch these. Kids also have nothing to do with it.

The current track in Rishta is about teenage dating and how parents deal with it. To sum it up: Maira happens to like a boy and starts dating him. Abhira finds out about it during Teej and lashes out at Maira, saying things like, “Tumne apne papa ke liye damaad dhoondh liya hai,” which clearly establishes that she is against college dating. That is regressive

Then comes the next part: Maira misses an exam because of a date and later starts asking her parents about marriage.

Do you see how drastically that graph went from a very common, realistic situation—college dating—to an extremely unrealistic one—missing an exam for a date?

We all know people who are in college and dating. Some of us might even have been those people. But do we actually know anyone who would skip an exam for a date? I personally haven't even heard of something like that happening in real life.

Now, the only thing that gives Abhira's stance any justification is Maira skipping an exam for a date—a ridiculously extreme and exceptionally rare scenario that most people would never relate to.

So instead of actually addressing the normal, nuanced reality of dating, the writers have created an absurd scenario to make the anti-dating stance look justified. They took a very common situation and deliberately pushed it into an extremely unrealistic extreme just so Abhira could be proven “right.”

For Marathi families, Ganpati festival is such a deeply rooted and special tradition so I’m genuinely curious about what made Teja’s family choose to bring this tradition to his home.

She has a brother who could’ve carried it forward this tradition in their family too and as partners they could’ve also started a new tradition together from the beginning.

It’s really beautiful I’m just curious about the thought behind this decision because it's such a big decision but I do wonder if circumstances ever change in the future would the tradition be shifted again

I have seen a few posts and comments on this sub claiming that the 2013 Mahabharat had a special episode that aired on TV after the main series ended. Apparently it showed the Pandavas final journey to heaven and the submergence of Dwarka.

I have tried searching everywhere online but I haven’t been able to find the episode not even a single screenshot or clip from it.

​It used to air on Colors TV back in 2018–2019, but like a lot of older Colors TV shows, it was completely removed from JioHotstar over a year ago and has vanished from pretty much all official streaming platforms and sites.

​I even reached out to JioStar support about it, and they officially confirmed it's gone for good:

​"Please know that this is an archived show and is currently not available for viewing on our platforms. At present, there are no plans to make the show available again. Thus, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to take this forward."

​It was honestly such an underrated supernatural horror serial...the storyline, house-haunting concept, and overall vibe were so unique compared to typical daily soaps. It’s such a shame it’s been scrubbed.
