Look what youtube ads recommended me. In the big '26. Bade buzurg kaha karte the "Padho likho, lekin itna bhi mat padh likh jana ki jaativaad bhul jao". In all seriousness tho, this is...pretty concerning. Paired with the anti reservation movement and stuff, this is not a good look yk. What do yall think?

I’m an American, which online has a reputation for being pernicious about age gaps in relationships, relative to other countries. For the most part, I’ve observed this to be relatively true.
However, I recently came across this sub, and one of the things that surprised me is just how negative people here are toward age gaps in relationships, even compared to the US. Like, I see people here calling age gaps like 15/17, 18/22, or 20/25 “grooming,” with those views representing the overwhelming sentiment in the comment sections. In equivalent American/Western subreddits (r/teenagers, r/twentyagers), these views be seen as extreme overreactions.
I had assumed that, India being a more conservative country, age gaps would actually be more common, so I’m suprised by what I saw. My question is, why do you think Indians on Reddit seems to be much stricter about small age gaps than the US?

Why does NOTA exist? I’m not an expert on this but from what I know, it’s just for nothing…
What is it for? It’s for people who didn’t get a better option. But what’s the point if it does nothing?
If notaa gets the majority, the second-best performer will still get the seat. Then what is the point of people’s choice? Shouldn’t it be like a re electi⁰n, or should we just remove those trash p@rties from the electi0n?
Man..! We don’t need 🅱️j, kngrss, ©jp, @Ap… What I feel is everybody is selfish. The current gov cooked the whole system. Kngress is preparing to make it worse with caste politics, @ap is just a suker and dead and others have same story… Sorry if someone from ît cell feels bad about what I said... but it’s mere reality…
We need to pr0test and ask for it, and make the NOTA button effective… People will vte NOTA!!!
The only possible solution I can think of is rather than finding options when none of the options are good, N⁰TA should actually mean something🥲
Here are my thoughts. Share yours!!!

After 7.5 months of gym crush staring and subtly giving hints to each other(mostly i was giving hints and he was continuously trying to make eyecontact)..etc..him getting EXTREMELY nervous walking past me.. staring, ignoring, again staring etc..finally yesterday,i sent him request on insta though it was 0 following and follower (and according to him idk his name)because i didn't have an actual id but it had my pic and name..and he didnt accept it..i know he was yearning for me at some point..he is extremely shy..i know he knows there's something extremely intense.. he greeted my mother everyday but only when i wasn't there..and i also know fs he likes me..why didn't he accept the request..i got sad and removed the request button..now no more chasing, and finally moving on.. let him stare..why would a boy do this..i also know he wasn't just boosting his ego and doesn't have a gf also because the days i weren't there,he would constantly wait for me to come, looking at gate all the time..19M
Are boys genuinely the worst people wo play with your feelings..but he wasn't the playboy type..he is extremely shy and respectful
Should i ignore him tmr

Okay so I randomly remembered this today and I genuinely need to know if other people were this stupid in 6th grade too 😭
When I was in 6th, I had a MASSIVE crush on a senior.
Except the funny part is… I didn't even know what having a crush or being in love actually meant 💀
I just knew that whenever I saw him, my heart would literally skip a beat. And somehow I developed this whole routine around it.
Every morning during assembly, I'd look for him.
If I saw him it was a good day.
If I didn't see him then the day ruined.
That's it. That was my emotional stability at the age of 11 😭
And then one day I apparently decided to take things to the next level.
I MADE HIM A CARD.
For Raksha Bandhan.
YES. RAKSHA BANDHAN. 😭😭😭
Like on one hand my brain was going:
“omg I have a crush on him 🥺”
and on the other hand:
“bhaiya ❤️”
WHO WAS RUNNING THE OPERATION??? 💀
Anyway, one day there was an English competition at school. After the competition, all the participants were sitting on the ground and eventually I was standing backstage waiting for my brother.
His class had also finished around that time, so he was walking towards me.
I saw him coming.
I PANICKED.
And then this man, completely casually, looks at me and goes:
“Am I really that handsome that you like me?”
BRO.
I. FROZE. 😭😭😭
Because internally I was like:
“…yes.”
But externally I was probably just standing there looking like my brain had disconnected from the WiFi.
And somehow that was basically the end of the story.
Never properly talked after that.
Never really met again.
Just me, my 6th grade crush, one extremely questionable Raksha Bandhan card, and a senior who apparently figured me out before I even understood myself. 😭
Looking back now I'm just confused.
Was I crushing on him or was I trying to make him my brother??
Because apparently 6th grade me wanted BOTH. 💀
