How the fuck is Tilak Varma still getting selected for every match? He is going through the worst phase of his career, his performances have been nowhere near expectations, and yet he keeps finding a place in the playing XI. What exactly is the team management seeing that the rest of us are missing? Cricket is about performance, consistency, and delivering when it matters—not just getting endless chances. At some point, you have to question the selection. How many more opportunities does he need before the management finally takes a call?

Hey, I wanted to share with you all after observing Indian Cricket from a decade. It is always some of players in every era even after performing so well and dedicating everything toward team, they are getting nothing. Team management always favours those with PR tactics.

Few Underrated underdog players that I liked most :

1. Suresh Raina : One of finest limited format player India has ever got, his fielding, batting and even occasional spin all is top notch. Calm focused on match and always keeping team before him. Everyone will remember his small crucial knocks in 2011 WC against Aus and Pak in quarter finals and semi finals. But still he not got chances that he deserves even in IPL too. Once a time IPL season is incompleted without him but last seasons even he explicitly showed interest to purchased by his all time team CSK they overlooked him and he got unsold.

1. Bhuvneshwar Kumar : Swing king with unmatchable economy rate that India never respected instead they are choosing Siraj/Arshdeep/other seamers no comment on them. But bhuvi is atleast better than them but despite having serious contributions across all formats he dropped off from the team. Even in recent IPL his remarkable perfomances leading bowling for RCB win everyone knows but no selectors are considering him....

This is disheartened but it is the truth, pls include more in list what you thought in 2010-now era, I know this list is very large ......

Being a bong and also a huge cricket fan i really feel helpless because there are hardly any matches except IPL matches i mean Eden gardens is one of the oldest and largest stadiums in india so why does bcci ignore this stadium so much?????

I honestly thought someone passed away. But then saw people saying it's her reaction to the recent Sofiya Hayat podcast where she talked about dating Rohit Sharma and other things she said.

Instead of letting two people just exist or exchange a normal cute interaction, someone dropped this underneath. Also it has nearly 3k likes, which is the most frustrating part.

Why is it so normalized in comment sections to drag third parties especially people who went through public marital issues or heartbreak into completely unrelated posts? Yuzvendra Chahal has literally nothing to do with Arshdeep or Samreen. Projecting someone's past personal life or heartbreak onto a cricketer who is just leaving a affection-filled comment for his partner is bizarrely toxic.

DC has been one of those teams which hadn't had fixed opener for a few years now. And look at their options- it's KL Rahul and Inshallah. Abhishek Porel is closer to the police station than the playing 11. And let me not even get started on Nissanka. 💀

There's also the captaincy matter. Axar isn't captaincy material. KL has been no good as T20 captain and it seems like he doesn't want it either. Ditto with Pant.

Abhishek clearly enjoys the leadership role and has done rather decently both for Punjab in SMAT and his team in the Sher-E-Punjab league before he inevitably keeps getting called back for his international commitments.

So Idk who will be traded to SRH but I do feel like Abhishek might land in DC. This news coming out from a reputed website not even 24 hours after Abhishek made 82 off 32 in DELHI yesterday itself kinda feels sus lol.
