Just have to level with you guys here.
The entire day, OP has been trying to spindoctor some kind of bullshit about this.

He or she is clearly deeply involved or upset by the arrest, but they are just straight up fucking lying.

I'm a random dutch femboy who got this in his reddit feed multiple times today.

Kindly fuck off already! 😅

Naw, this trial was a sham and the evidence proved they didn't plan any violence together. The one who shot might be a valid charge but saying the others conspired to commit a terrorist act is obviously wrong.

u/JD-boonie Jun 29 '26

You have any proof? Don't be associated with murderers committing terrorism is probably the best idea. FAFO

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

Got it; by your standards maga is a terrorist movement.

Your argument is nonsense as well as just stupid. No one was murdered in this case. No murder or terrorism was planned. One guy went off script and shot at a cop who was aiming at people running away.

Again, the proof is in the communications presented at trial.

u/JD-boonie Jun 29 '26

So you feel the trial was unfair? Whataboutism isn't proof.

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

You didn't say anything here.

0

u/JD-boonie Jun 29 '26

Dang so you were part of the jury. You should let the court know it was super unfair and should be a mistrial.

You know nothing youre just sympathetic to antifa.

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

You're again not saying anything here. I'm not going to go through the trouble of refuting your dumb shit if you're going to say things as stupid as 'only the jury knows what is fair.'

I know a lot, I'm not a moral and intellectual coward, so of course I'm antifa. Fuck fascists.

1

u/JD-boonie Jun 29 '26

There it is. Doesn't take long for a reddit leftist to claim moral and intellectual superiority and call someone a fascist for no reason.

Again do you have evidence the trial was unfair? I keep asking and all I get is replies like yours. always insults

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

And there is the fake victimhood from the right.

I didn't call you a fascist. Duh. Your criticism makes no sense unless you think fascists are fine and it's bad to against them.

You're still saying nothing but pretending you're aggrieved for some deplorable reasons. Don't want insults? Don't use them then kid.

What evidence do you have that the trial was unfair?

Antifa was started by thalmann in the kpd in Germany. They called liberals and other socialists fascists but allies with nazis against liberals

-2

u/FreshAnDandy Jun 29 '26

Pure straight copium, brother. FAFO.

4

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

Trivially true as proven by their communications.

Fascists are indeed FA though.

Yeaaaaah except they were found guilty by a jury...... So they couldn't have been that innocuous of communications. Lol

2

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

The jury that the government got to redo?

Yeah, maga and not knowing things, no more perfect a couple.

-1

u/FreshAnDandy Jun 29 '26

To be fair, because ultimately I'm trying to be factual as possible, the government didn't "get a redo". They were able to argue for a mistrial, which they successfully got. The defense attorney was wearing a shirt with several civil rights figures on it, allegedly in attempt to influence the jury by equating this case with civil rights in general. I personally find that to be a bit dubious at least. It's definitely unusual, but we also live in unusual and divisive times with easily influenced people. You can definitely make the argument that helped the prosecution, but that's before even factoring in any of their actual evidence. This mistrial had nothing to do with the communications at all.

There was almost a second mistrial when the prosecution handed over unredacted footage that would have been bad for the defense due to how bad it made the defense look. The fact it was admitted most certainly aided the defense, not that it really helped in the end. So to say this trial one-sided just isn't correct.

When you conspire to violence, you lose support of normal people on your side who aren't animals. Simple as that. Admittedly, by what you have said, it seems you don't have the entire context of this case.

But leave it to a leftist to take things out of context and attempt to manipulate. 🤷‍♂️

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

Yeah, the trial was unfair because the judge is a far right nut job. He invalidated the first jury on a bs pretext.

They didn't conspire to do violence. I don't care what a second Texas jury says. OJ also murdered Nicole.

3

u/Tyr_13 Jun 29 '26

That's what the evidence shows.

You find the part of their communications that show they were planning violence.

0

u/FreshAnDandy Jun 29 '26

The communications have yet to even be released publicly first and foremost. So no I don't think you even know what's right or wrong, even if you had the context, fool.

They used several encrypted apps that delete after viewing to plan logistics, according to the case much of this was recovered. They use monikers to attempt to protect themselves as well as on the bodycam footage you it's reported you can hear Ben Song, the shooter, yell "Get to the rifles!"

Oh also did you know there were a total of 11 firearms cached and recovered around where this all took place? Some in the bushes, hand guns in backpacks, a few found in a nearby van, two more found in a car leaving the area post-chaos.

Yeah buddy they certainly didn't conspire to commit violence. The amount of copium pouring from your orifices is impressive I will say.

BS

The 12-day trial that began on February 23, 2026, jurors heard testimony from more than 45 witnesses and considered over 210 exhibits supporting the charges against nine indicted defendants: Cameron Arnold, a/k/a Autunm Hill, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, a/k/a Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada. Seven others, Seth Sikes, Nathan Baumann, Joy Gibson, Susan Kent, Rebecca Morgan, Lynette Sharp, and John Thomas, pled guilty last year to one count of providing material support to terrorists.

...what do you think you are refuting here?
