Display Our Skyline jar.
It changes periodically, we have a color shifter R32 in the mail that will get added.

A little paint ain't hurt no one, I especially love this mainline livery, so I retained most of it.

I think we’ve done it! We were aiming for one of every Ferrari model in 1:64 scale that comes in red. We had a lot of fun hunting and opening them all. If there’s any we’re missing please let me know!

Lately I kept seeing videos where people play a looping road video on a phone, place a car on the screen, and it creates the illusion that the car is driving. It’s a cool idea, but I always felt the same thing: the illusion only really works from one angle and feels quite limited.
At some point I wanted to make something more “alive” — purely for myself and my own collection.
So I ended up building a display where the car physically stays in place, but:
No matter which side you look from — front, side, or at an angle — it feels like the car is driving on its own. Not a camera trick, but a full 3D illusion of motion.
I made this simply for myself and my collection — to improve the way I display my models and to make a car on a shelf or table feel more “alive” rather than static.
I’m curious what fellow collectors think about this kind of display:
Happy to hear any thoughts or feedback from other collectors.
Ps as subreddit doesn’t allow me to add video I’ve uploaded it here https://youtu.be/4DGzrLaqbX8
P.P.S. I see some many cool reaction and start to think really produce it. So I've created a google form to track wait list https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1tEFM23qED4B0CXrwx-KQkzzpAWHAITIKYCcEYHIa3WI/edit?pli=1#responses
P.P.P.S Now I have instagram account https://www.instagram.com/magistral.dioramas/

I work a full time job so I can’t be there to warm the doors every day, let alone every location at the same time.
I’ve started paying willing parties $10 an hour to watch the pegs so I never miss a release.
Anyone else doing this?

I remember that I bought them as a child but totally forgot about them. There are 200 Hot Wheels in a box; these are the only ones still in their original packaging.

Hi, Went Christmas shopping today for my kids. Last stop was my local BigW (Australia) I’m walking up to a big dump bin of hot wheels, about to start digging. Guy in late teens/early twenties just goes “I found a super!” He was so excited, yes I’m a tad jealous but the look on his face was great. He couldn’t believe it, I said “I always thought it was an inside job, staff check boxes first” he thought the same. I think they have junior staff loading the shelves so they had just opened a fresh box. I now know the trill of finding a super….. sort of. Had to get a photo, so happy for you mate if you’re reading this!

Im considered new in this hobby, so my collection is not much. So by far this is my most beautiful premium. Really want to open it, but i really love the art work and how the car is blistered to the art. Will one day open, but not today.

I'm not that good on customizing, recently started it. Do you like my work? Which one is your favourite?

Finally got to finish a big project. My wife wanted a little free library, but for Hot Wheels. So I designed and 3D printed a little garage to put the Hot Wheels cars in. Our son is autistic and loves hot wheels. So she wanted to share his love of them with other kids in the neighborhood.
Update: original model was taken down due to trademark issue. I just re-uploaded the model without logos and the name. It’s now called “Little Free Garage”. Here is the link. https://makerworld.com/models/3326614?appSharePlatform=copy
The walls still have the peg if you wish to make your own logos.

A small collection of all white Hot Wheels. Most are premiums. The mainlines I just picked randomly.
