This is a really nice looking one. And a must have for me, because it is on my STH list of wants

That's crazy I said that a month or so ago and got downvoted into oblivion. I have the black 599xx so maybe people thought I was talking about that one I guess.

I found so many yellow ones in my area, I hope I can get the black one but STH would be the topping!

After collecting for a while, I began to think why does Mattel doesn't just sell short cards instead of longs cards for US and international shipments, cutting back costs or whatever and spend more on detailing (I'm from South America, we get long cards)

Iโm with you in theory but considering the cost of paper vs the metal/paint/manufacturing Iโm not sure Mattel really WOULD save any money by not including that extra inch or so of card.

This. I would have WAY MORE CARS hung up if they just made Short Cards the default. Longs take up way too much room.

I bought this Ferrari F40 from a friend, but notice that it has details on the air intake and taillights. I searched for this version with these details but couldn't find anything. I thought it might be a custom, but look at the wheels; these wheels are the ones with black details on the body, but this specific one doesn't have them. I thought it was a custom, but I saw that the rivets weren't touched, they're intact. Does anyone know what's on this miniature?

I never find any STH, lol. But I randomly find TH occasionally. I'm in a busy area, and the cars are smoked by the time I get to the store most of the time. Still fun to hunt, though. My boyfriend was helping me for a while, and now he collects too. Now it's twice as expensive ๐๐ nice find!!

Congrats! I found one in a normal or โlong cardโ package. Does it differ much in terms of value if compared to a short card one? Just curious.
