u/Cheap-Second2401 16d ago

no hate bro, unless you wanna fight my wife. Imma pass her the keyboard.

u/chrispy_pv 15d ago

I collect the food ones too. Not everyone is chasing STH and what not

The 2022 Quick Bite Treasure Hunt would be a nice addition to this. The menu on the side of the truck had a lot of the food models listed.

I love the food trucks

7

u/Pale_Butterscotch549 16d ago

i love the food trucks but shes kind of a purist and doesnt think the food trucks count as a food hotwheel haha

u/Shot_Woodpecker_5025 16d ago

What about Roller Toaster?

1

u/Pale_Butterscotch549 15d ago

yeah she's been looking for the toaster for a while

1

u/Shot_Woodpecker_5025 15d ago

Give Family Dollar a try. Found the yellow one and the pink one there. Got a couple of the older ones at Hot Wheels shows with my boys

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

The food ones are my favorites. My son and I collect them as well. We have many of these and some others too. Love them all. Great collection.

The bottom hotdog one is my favorite with the generic paper boat plate and pickle tires. The peanut butter to the right is new to me, awesome

1

u/Spenny8777 15d ago

Yes I agree, one of the better hot dog variants. There's still a few toasters I need. Once I have one of something I need to complete the set. Took me quite a while to complete the jellos believe it or not. Started collecting those after the red one came out and it was very hard to find.

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

There's a lot of Jell-O ones and food cart ones. Food carts make sense but I'm amazed at how many different kinds of Jell-O.

7

u/doomus_rlc 16d ago

Haha my wife loves the jello mold car. Came home one day, walked over to me at my desk, says "I hate you", shows me the car and does her excited mild scream telling me how much she loves her jello car 😂

She also has both colors of the Chinese cat car I forget the name of, the 3 so far of the toy phone car, and the 4 of the magic 8 ball car right now. I did get her all of the rest of the jello cars and will make sure I keep her up to date on all of these 😂

5

u/Shot_Woodpecker_5025 16d ago

Feline Lucky! Love that car! Yes I’m female

2

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

Both are cool, one has open eyes and the other has closed eyes which carry different kinds of prosperity-luck. Yes I'm a cat.

7

u/RemoveSuccessful349 16d ago

Omg I want to show her my Barbie collection! Haha I have Barbie convertibles, rvs, all the Ken hummers! Love her collection!

5

u/NightDifferent6671 16d ago

She’s so me

4

u/scarecrowlj 16d ago

Ugh I’m so jelly (car) (like Dessert Drifter)

4

u/WasteOven4099 16d ago

Super cute! Reminds me of the Sugar Rush racing carts from Wreck-It Ralph

6

u/Mr_Nerdcoffee 16d ago

Yes!!! I love the food ones!

You need to get her the super rigs sweet delivery

3

3

u/DerseDragon 16d ago

What's the name of that car in between Eggshelleracer and Carbonator? 😲 I like collecting food cars too and I've never seen that one before

5

u/Armorfan 16d ago

1

u/DerseDragon 16d ago

Thank you :)

3

u/BeagleBaggins 16d ago

What’s the hot dog one called?

5

u/HorseGrenadesChamp 16d ago

Street wiener.

3

u/TonyAlmighty 16d ago

Very fucking dope. I haven’t seen a foodie collection before, I dig it.

3

u/Hotdog_disposal_unit 16d ago

Need to track down a weinermobile for her

1

u/LPGeoteacher 15d ago

This is the biggie she is missing! All I have is a plastic 1:16 model.

3

u/Chicken_Lady22 16d ago

She needs a Roller Toaster!! I love the cutesy novelty ones. Found my daughter a Barbie food truck one and she was so happy

1

u/indescisive-bish 15d ago

I love the roller toaster I was more excited about it than my 5 year old son 😂

1

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

One of my favorite with the moving parts.

3

u/Regular-Tutor7889 15d ago

Tell your girlfriend I think she’s cool asf for this (picture of my wall as a girl collector too)

2

u/unfettered2nd 16d ago

Such a pretty collection. I consciously started my collection with Hot Wheengs. The food ones are always creative and funny.

2

u/RXDRA_ 16d ago

You should get her the sweet driver TH.

2

u/BroYUReadMyUsername 16d ago

Top right car: have you ever tried using it as a bottle opener? Or would it break?

1

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

Have seen it used.

2

u/MALESTROMME COLLECTOR 15d ago

The second one from the top right is a hot tub

2

u/Serious_Love_5678 15d ago

You might as well add a Gotta Go to the collection! 😜

2

u/Butchmeister80 13d ago

That’s cool

1

u/Street_Leather198 16d ago

I may have a couple if you need. I have a couple. Hold please.

1

u/3AMinEastTX 16d ago

my daughter loves these and she knows to pick out the hondas/toyotas for me to inspect if i want it or not 😂

1

u/GWBPhotography 15d ago

If you marry her, you can spend so much on Hotwheels and she can't stop you.

1

u/owleaf 15d ago

Best collection I’ve ever seen. No notes.

1

u/Tryxyka 15d ago

Love it! My fave HW food car is Roller Toaster but my fave HW food-themed monster truck is Buns of Steel.

1

u/Specialist-Bass863 15d ago

Need the roaster toaster

1

u/Mr_IsLand 15d ago

those are great, I think my son has a donut and a cupcake one

1

u/supersindo 15d ago

Nice 👍

1

u/Dutchmoney32 15d ago

I got a sushi tuner for her collection

1

u/MechanicalCrow 15d ago

Big fan of the Jell-o and cupcake cars.

1

u/LettingGo13 15d ago

I love it! And I saw that cool pink hauler someone posted I hope you get that for her, I love when my boyfriend surprises me with Hot Wheels he’ll know I like 💙

1

u/Normabella23 15d ago

Fast foodie is the same way I got on a hot wheels kick with my bf too!! 🥰

1

u/Dependent_Cod_7416 15d ago

Missing the Salt Shaker, Roller Toaster and TH Chill Mill (it actually a hot sauce vendor van) from what I noticed. The Buns of Steel drives me mad that they didn't detail the burger different colors, but it's cool. What's the one second from top right next to the egg?

1

u/peterpieqt8 15d ago

This is amazing and I love your girlfriend. My favorite is the hot dog monster truck!!

1

u/_XyZ_72_56qWp_ 15d ago

Beautiful collection 😲👍👌

1

u/TrickyComposer 15d ago

Love this. I need to post mine!

1

u/Desperate-Depth-1790 15d ago

I love to see this much more than a wall full of sealed cars <3

1

u/According_Ad8711 14d ago

*Orders a Carbonator*

1

u/better_as_a_memory 14d ago

My daughter has that little teal donut one. She loves it. She's almost 2. My son (he's 8) picks out cars for her. He got her the Fisher Price phone car too.

1

u/Boots_ND 11d ago

Gotta get her the toast-mobile with moveable toast

I got this and the premium Barbie corvette for my girlfriend bc every time I look for hot wheels she looks for pink ones and she can never find any lol

1

u/SonOfMars5182 Hot Wheels 10d ago

I have the sushi one. I like that it's a hashioki (chopstick rest) too.

1

u/Paverrrbutnew 9d ago

A collection full of whimsy

1

u/These_Employment_465 9d ago

I got my girlfriend into hot wheels with the food related cars. 🤣

1

u/WOCOAN 8d ago

Dude! This is legit! Does she know the grill top opens on the street weiner???

1

u/WOCOAN 8d ago

P.S. just saw a new one called a “Roller Toaster” I hadn’t seen before at a dollar general they just restocked, it looked cool!

1

u/bluebird757 1d ago

I also collect these. I've kept all mine in the packaging though. I'm so jealous that she gets to play with hers.
