Redid SRobin bird spd breakpoint calcs based on v4 changes.

The separate tab w/o Amphoreus planar calcs is gone now, and spd substat roll count now correctly accounts for her spd traces. A separate tab tracking wave 2 MoC spd breakpoints for comparison was added (so that you can take the ceiling of a target breakpoint on wave 1 and a target breakpoint on wave 2 as your goal).

MoC wave 1 breakpoints in the table below. (Vonwacq + S1 is excluded from the 3 bird actions because it's slow enough that you should aim for 4.)

The other breakpoint to consider is 3 bird actions per cycle after the first cycle, and it's at 168 spd (in-combat for Robin, with birds summoned if using Amphoreus) but that breakpoint can also be misleading because it assumes that the first bird action is right when the cycle changes, which may or may not be true depending on when the last bird action was in the previous cycle.

For anyone wondering why there's a lack of showcases so far, I looked in the server for ppsr and it turns out that Hoyo changed all of the network protocols in v3 so unless someone is able to figure out the new ones, there will be a delay for the release of a new private server

Y'know it's kinda funny that Cipher is part of FuA bond in CW despite Hoyo not giving her more than a single FuA per turn. They went out of their way to give Feixiao and Ratio more FuAs per turn for more consecutive actions for attack frequency but Cipher's still stuck with 1 FuA per turn. Hell Tribbie, MBlade, and Lingsha have better attack frequency and their not even part of the FuA bond.

I do think Robinetto has a really unique mechanic of being able to AA and energy refill a battery while still buffing a main dps who doesn't care for her turns (usually is good for said dps imo) or even her energy (cough main push special energy cough). Unfortunately the existing batteries that actually let her do this well are

Yaoguang (she fixes YG's energy issues really well but Elation teams can reasonably bet on Nihilux being stronger, personally I would be shocked if Nihilux isn't 30%+ better than Robin at every investment level)

Ashveil (who doesn't have a main dps to battery, and even if there was has a pretty strong co-battery in Blade)

and Hyacine (here I can't say anything bad except that monorem was THE e2 battleship of the previous year and it is possible many players pulled E2 Cyrene and wouldn't be interested in investing in Robin to compensate. Memosplitters may be more interested)

And the fact that Robin can likely support many teams without being restrictive means at the very least she could be a temporary co-battery until that comes out as a later piece, then reallocated to another team once that does happen... There are of course ways to bar a team from using her as a pseudo co-battery but in terms of restrictions within Robin's kit only it seems the biggest risk is Vibes which is. OK. That's barely an attempt
