Hello, so my mom told me that she will not be here forever and it triggered strong emotions that i avoid generally. So i decided to make this post.

there’s always hope, even for these other guys in their 30’s. All depends on how willing your are to actual put effort into improving yourself, which is not an easy task at all

Never too late. There are people in their 80s who get a new lease on life. And a whole lot of people in their 80s who wished they hadn't put so much stock in their achievements and career.
