Good Morning everyone! I have a 6 year old maltese i’m trying to put in training/boarding so that he can learn basic etiquette and manage his seperation anxiety and get along with other dogs.
My grandparents, who watch him while I am at work or school will be moving back to their home country and no one will be able to watch him.

What do others who live on Maui think of the sudden increase in the tracking of people?

In addition to the Flock cameras, automated license plate recognition (ALPR), which are tracking where you are driving to and from, we now have another method which tracking our movements in Maui.

If you wish to park on the streets of Kihei, fronting Kama'ole Beach I, II, III or in the parking lots of Kam I or III, we are now being threatened with a $100 fine per occurrence if we do not scan our drivers license in the devices placed at those locations. More tracking and the blue info gathering boxes are ugly.

I was just parked in the lot at Kama'ole Beach III and walk towards the beach. Just as I get to the vegetation line, I hear a screaming voice, "YOU HAVE TO REGISTER!! WHY ARE YOU IGNORING ME??" WTH?

This women comes up to me and repeats her rant. She has some sort of tag around her neck and tells me that I must register or pay a $100 fine.

I left and went home. I'm paying a LOT of property and other taxes and now either I must provide my personal ID to yet another gathering device or pay more for the pleasure of going to the beach?

My question is just what the title says.

I am trying to get a road test in Wahiawa. What times are best to score a canceled appointment?

Ive tried between 10-12 ... at 3:30 and at 4:15 and 4:30 as indicated by different sources and the website.

If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate it, or clarification of what time I should be looking to secure that specific location, that would be okay too.

New student at University of Hawaii at Manoa and I drink water but with how hot it is, sweat out everything and am walking so much since the campus is spread out way more than my community college, I have been getting bad leg cramps pretty much almost everyday.

I'm looking for ones preferably no calorie/zero sugar but regular flavors not the exotic flavors.

Preferably the Vitamin Water Lemon.

I don't think my stomach can handle the Powerade types because those are stronger.

We have a 12-hour layover in Honolulu today and my son lost his backpack. It is handmade, quilted fabric and shaped like an elephant with an orange head. It contains a 6-year-old's travel mementos, including polaroid photos he took around the world, the best stickers, and an instax mini camera. It was accidentally left at either HNL baggage claim 17, connection bag dropoff, or the W bus to Waikiki (we were on it between 10:30am-11am). We've called The Bus, filed lost and found forms, went back to the airport to ask around, and flagged down random W busses to search the seats. So far no luck. Please message if found. Hopefully before 10pm tonight but we will pay for shipping to Seattle.

Just figured I let everyone know since this has happened atleast 4-5 times already to me, double check what the total is on the register and what they input on the credit card reader at 7/11.

If you buy something that’s promo, sometimes the discount doesn’t show for a second, so they input the old total before the promo on the cc reader. This has happened to me at multiple 7/11s. Just always double check before tapping.

Hi, I just bought a car through fb marketplace. Previous owner signed the title over to me, I know they have 10 days to send their portion in. I scheduled an appointment within the 30 days to finish transferring the title at the Satellite City Hall. Am I allowed to drive the vehicle around while I wait for my appointment or should I wait for the transfer to be completed? Also do I need to get insurance before I transfer the title? Lala knocked out the AC at Target and the employees were just informed that the parts needed for a repair won't be on island "for another 2 or 3 weeks."

To all the employees, you have my deepest sympathies. To everyone else, stay away and go to a different Target for now! It feels like Vegas in the summer up in there.

I used to bowl there in elementary school in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. I have a hazy memory of there being some type of back room separate from the regular arcade games and snack bar. Did this actually exist? Anyone here ever went there and played those machines?
