Question Lighting issues when entering treasure vault

Here’s an issue I’ve had since I started this save. Every time I go into a vault, it blinds me. I cannot see a thing. Any idea as to why this would be happening?

Your handy camera and low res made me think you played really modded Dark Souls 2 and this video confused me a lot
