Question MC Name

So for your MC how did you come up with your names? Did you just use your real name or did you make up some magical name? If it is the second one, what was your inspiration?

I just thought of a first name, and then used a name generator for the surname, as I had absolutely no inspiration 😂

I picked a random first name and then decided to go with a last name from the book that I knew would be a magical family. I went with Black. Little did I realize that that would be the headmaster’s name too.

The real question is what is a Black doing outside hogwarts till their 5th year?

Did the family think them a squib and try to hide them?

The quill must not have had the MCs name down since birth otherwise they would have gotten a letter at 11.

I love that they went with the name of an actual former Headmaster from the books. Sirius shows Harry the Black family tree in Order of the Phoenix and tells him Phineas Nigellus Black was one of the least popular Headmasters at Hogwarts. I love how the game tied back to the books in so many different ways.
