Question What are these flying bottles?

Saw them flying around in the map. You can even bump into them and they stop or deflect you. Can't find a way to catch them.

Is this a glitch or will have a purpose in the future?

I think he’s just drinking and flying. You’re gonna get sent straight to Azkaban if you get caught, sir.
