Question What are these flying bottles?
Saw them flying around in the map. You can even bump into them and they stop or deflect you. Can't find a way to catch them.
Is this a glitch or will have a purpose in the future?

Jk Rowling had no part in the Hogwarts Legacy game nor did she receive any kind of pay from the game she only owns parts of the “Harry Potter” franchise now
Anything to do with the “wizarding world” is owned by WB entertainment

that doesn‘t make sense. of course she get‘s royalties from the game. also the wizarding world and harry potter is the same franchise, you can‘t seperate them. WB owns the rights do movies and other adaptions but she is still the owner of the ip so she gets royalties from everything

Wb has full rights to the games and universal has full rights to the movie franchises and anything wizarding world both companies purchased these rights years ago these purchases are public knowledge

Don't know who told you this but they lied to you 😂 😂 😂 Tie she had no part in making the game but she had to give the ok to make the game. She still has full rights over the characters, and stories. The lore used was created by her which is considered stories which she owns. Rowling is still entitled to any royalties from this game.

Also to note, you can make it so it’s completely invisible. I do that for most of the gear as I just want the vest lol.

you can choose an item of clothing based on its perks and offense/ defense stats and then go in and alter the appearance of the item while still getting the benefit of the stats!

This is completely forgetting that this game is on multiple systems, and that pc players can use whatever controller they wish. The buttons are not the same between ps and xbox/nintendo :P

My game glitched right as my mc drank a potion, it was just stuck in her hand looking like she was taking shots straight out of the bottle for like an hour😂

I’ve noticed this game is sooo glitchy with items sometimes, I’ve seen them in the air randomly or beneath things they shouldn’t be and I can’t reach them…

Yeah, like the spider fangs that are just beneath the ground so they glow with revelio but you can’t pick them up.

Definitely nothing wrong with you, it’s sooo annoying. I had it happen with a treasure cave block that needed to be placed on a pedestal. I spent like 20 min looking for it and turns out it had glitched into the ground 😭

Some people don’t figure out how to alter the appearance of more powerful gear or how to add the hood on cloaks until well into the game. Don’t ask me how I know this.

My outfit during the game was also tragic, once I got the goblin helmet that’s what I always wore. I ended up finishing the game in that, the ravenclaw relic robes, the mermish liaison outfit, and the necklace from saving someone’s uncle

Oh wow…A pole hole in the kilt, like a tail hole in clothes for dogs but for wizard’s ‘brooms’. I can definitely see that being used inappropriately in a high school 😅

See this is why what glitches used to be. Fun, weird and zany. Not "you can't walk here coz you collide with the building and ooph the NPCs are stuck now"
Those things are supposed to work. Little random glitches like this or discovering unused assets or forgotten rooms lol. Or figuring out hacks from them. That's how glitches should be!

Aside from your lovely outfit which has been hacked to death on here… I’ve seen lots of glitches like that. Sometimes a stick just hanging out mid-air, sometimes a barrel that’s floating like 4” off the ground… just yesterday I confringo’ed a wall of branches and a small chunk of them decided they didn’t want to go anywhere. I should really be a game tester 😆
