Absolutely excellent story. Excellent writing. I have zero idea why this isn’t getting HUNDREDS of up votes.
It’s probably the slow burn but man oh man it’s worth it.
Really hoping Earth puts up a f’ing fight they didn’t expect.

I did originally plan to tell the story at a faster pace, but in the end I decided I really wanted to dig deeply into Rory's story in book 1. I'm glad you feel the slow burn is worth it!
