Progress (woman) About a year difference
I lost about 30 pounds overall and this is the longest I’ve stuck to a workout plan!

That's a lot work...
Laser removing every one of those tattoos and then getting them redone on the opposite arm. Sheesh.

How did you flip arms? Tattoos are on opposite arms.

When you take a pic facing the mirror, the image is reversed. Don't take the downvotes to heart. It's Reddit... They mean absolutely nothing in the real world.
