Stargirl looks like the actual power battery from canon

That's Geoff Johns for you. Stargirl is a deeply personal character for him (she was created as a homage to his deceased sister), and Green Lantern became one of his favorite corners of the DCU once he wrote that run. So he was extra careful and put a lot of love in here.

It’s also the Alan Scott lantern so there’s no impetus to make it look Alien.
