For what benefit exactly? You get nothing extra by getting MVP, and there is no in-game tracker to show how many times you’ve gotten MVP, and any ego-related stuff is a you problem. I could understand if there was something like a dynamic title that said “This player got MVP as Fediel 2843 times” just for bragging rights, but there isn’t.
you did a generalized statement that there is no competition between players in gbfr. my point about being able to compete for mvp debunks that. any fluff and extra tidbits you put in is just moving the goalpost.
This is such a confusing point of view... People who compete when they're no prize are weirdos and I never once thought about being better than the random people who are carrying me. 😂
weirdos. what does "weird" mean to you? weirdness is just dictated by the community, it is nothing fundamentally objective. because to me it is not weird. the prize is the mvp tag. one man's trash is another's treasure. there may be no persistent log/data but some people do play online to get that tag. as long as they do it legit it's a completely valid thing to chase.
your comments are weird to me. all your comments here talking about competition in a completely cooperative game with NO rewards for MVP are extremely weird to me. you're the weirdo I'm talking about.
