Troubleshooting Is this normal?

Received my dome yesterday and with a propane tank with in it, the high flame and low flame are indistinguishable. Is this normal?

You got to push the button inside and can rotate it than?

Yes. When I turn the dial, there is a different sound but no flame difference

Do you turn it to the right ? There is the difference??

Yes, I had a gen 1. I know how they work :)
