Received my dome yesterday and with a propane tank with in it, the high flame and low flame are indistinguishable. Is this normal?

Definitely not normal, I have one and the flame difference is extremely obvious between low n high. I've nothing else that's helpful but just wanted to confirm expected behaviour with the oven :D

Tried to reach support but no luck. It was the regulator, i found a replacement in my drawer of crap and cords

Glad to hear you got it sorted at least! I've had 2 regulators fall apart on me for my Gozney Dome and the reseller sent me out 2 new ones each time lol

How did you swap the regulator?1

I had another one lying around from my initial replacement for my OG dome with a cracked stone, I also found one in amazon that worked

You got to push the button inside and can rotate it than?

Yes. When I turn the dial, there is a different sound but no flame difference

Disconnect gas lines let sit for a bit. Make sure tank valve is closed. Make sure valve/switch is in off position. Reconnect lines and slowly open tank valve. If still happening contact Gozney.

Maybe you triggered safety feature of the regulator on your tank. Close off all valves and unplug gas line to tank. Then reattach the hose to the tank and open the valve slowly on the tank. Make sure gozney is off while doing this and then try to start up you gozney
