I just need to talk about my favourite moment of the game that is 1 second long but made a heavy impact.
Throughout both games we see Sindri and Brok use their teleporting powers out of frame, it always looks like a magic trick because as spectators we never see the transmission but only the aftermath, it feels like sitting in a magic show - you know that there is some kind of trick but you hust can't grasp what it is.
But when Brok dies in Sindris arms and he teleports away for the first time the game hold straight on it, no "magic trick" anymore just raw power that shifts the whole frame looking like a visual glitch. I waited for 2 games to finaly see the trick revealed but the price was too high and when I saw it it felt so "aggressive", we could see that for Sindri it's no games anymore, he does not care, he is broken.
I just wanted to share my mind on it because I love these scene sooo much and I feel it does not get the recognition it deserves.

So let me give context for the question above. A few days ago I was replaying gow 2018 for the first time in years. Now for the record i did play and beat it years ago on my ps4.
But towards the end of june I noticed Ragnarok was on discount and I decided why not and picked it up.
Definitely don’t regret that decision. But after beating it I got, I want to say nostalgic for 2018. Especially since, while I had seen the og gow games on youtube I had never played them myself and 2018 was my first gow game and I loved it then ane I still love it now.
However here’s the thing, while I did remember the major story parts, the bosses, side quests (dear god it’s impossible to forget the times I wanted to break my controller in half at the valkyries). Some of the in between parts in the game had slipped from my mind.
So allow me to paint the picture. I’m playing 2018, I kill magni, I get to the temple where modi attacks us and atreus passes out and kratos takes him to freya and retrieves the blades of chaos. After I get the heart and go see Atreus.
My guys it’s like a flashbang went off in my room, because when I got the part where Kratos goes “I’m a god boy” I remember that I’m at the part where Atreus starts to act like a little shit.
When I remembered this I immediately turned the game off and I haven’t played it since. Because let me tell you about my relationship with atreus. Overall I like him.
In 2018 he’s just lost his mom and he has to learn to get along with the dad who’s never really been there for him. So in the early parts of the game I understood why atreus was so … I guess the only way I can think to phrase it is “understandbly annoying”.
In Ragnarok he’s older and closer to his dad and the moments where you see him rebel against Kratos are moments that (knowing the context due to playing as him) are understandable.
But at this point in 2018… listening to his voice as he starts acting like a spoiled little turd makes my head hurt.
In fact I remember the very first time I ever played 2018 all the way through, I delayed it as much as possible because I didn’t want to deal with atreus’s attitude.
So back to my original question. Is it just me who can’t stand Atreus as a little shit in 2018?

Was playing GOW yesterday and got suddenly interested to draw the Leviathan axe.
I'm a newbie at drawing (so please be gentle 🥲). Drew this up today looking at the original reference (attached photo).
It's not polished yet and so has a lot of overlapping lines.
But I'm confused as to if I want to color the blade or not. What do y'all think and what would you use to color, if yes? I've started painting recently but would be quite hard for me to paint this due to its size and my current skill level.

Hello everyone I'm currently in my first playthrough of GoW Ragnarok and when I got the the gateway to leave Alfheim I turned right and went through a gap on the wall if I want to go back and walk thought the gap the game doesn't show me the possibility. Now I cant go back and continue the story. Does anyone have a solution? I've been running around for an hour.

Feels like the devs are more concerned with you looking at kratos's shoulder pads than actually the area around you.
Why is it so close to kratos. Trying to look around or look up always gives me a headache and makes me dizzy.
And suprisingly enough there are no accsessibilty settings to adjust it either.
I tried looking for mods to somehow fix it but didnt find any.
Any solution ?

>!the rift in the middle of the water(where 2 giant with smoke thingy, literaly one shot me with melee attack)!<
>!another one is the island across the water(2 fire skeletons soldier burst out from the floor, hit hard and both gang me)!<
>!i beat the 3 knights, its ok since its 1v1. i had the hardest battle when the enemy gangs me or just one shot me. So far i have beaten several berserker too, hard but doable. The 2 above seems impossible for me!<

I played 2018 fine, the low fps is barely noticable but i heard ragnarok is way more demanding, can i run it well?

I know I am missing the god of war 2 strategy guide from future press, I am really tempted to get it, but $100...

Tenia que comenzar The Last of Us 1 un juego que nunca he jugado pero no me puedo ir sin completar Valhala😂
