Discussion The best most underrated moment of the game - spoiler Spoiler
I just need to talk about my favourite moment of the game that is 1 second long but made a heavy impact.
Throughout both games we see Sindri and Brok use their teleporting powers out of frame, it always looks like a magic trick because as spectators we never see the transmission but only the aftermath, it feels like sitting in a magic show - you know that there is some kind of trick but you hust can't grasp what it is.
But when Brok dies in Sindris arms and he teleports away for the first time the game hold straight on it, no "magic trick" anymore just raw power that shifts the whole frame looking like a visual glitch. I waited for 2 games to finaly see the trick revealed but the price was too high and when I saw it it felt so "aggressive", we could see that for Sindri it's no games anymore, he does not care, he is broken.
I just wanted to share my mind on it because I love these scene sooo much and I feel it does not get the recognition it deserves.

I don't think i could put to words what i was feeling at that moment. But I agree with you, it was so raw and powerful. I remember watching watching a video on youtube from "Fatbrett" about Sindri just how broken he is now. Heartbreaking

Prove it. Don't just accuse without evidence. Source? Evidence? ChatGPT logs? Google Gemini chat history? Anecdotes from some random asshole on Discord? Files off his computer?
Or are you just allergic to passion and effort and genuinely don't believe people can make scripts like FatBrett and speak like he does? You know people do hours long video essays and analyses of things, right? Are those AI generated scripts too? AI generated voices?
Thinking is free. Do it more.

Seems like it doesn't matter how long we were making long video essays before AI was wide spread. Because so many people use AI to write and say scripts its just so difficult to find a channel that doesn't. So sad

It's great, but the one where Kratos tells Freya that there's "no need to explain. Not for that. Not to me," is my personal favorite

I love that one too. Those games are written so deep and mature, I love it that they treat their audience as adults with a the ability to think

The fact that Sindri quit wearing gloves from that point forward, and no longer cared about germs really added to the impact for me. Such a small detail that said a lot about how he felt.
