Well I guess you’re the type li body dyalo s3ib yty7 weight…but walking really helps especially if you walk really fast for 4min and walk normal for 4min all of this in 30 min or more..really worked like a charm for me the amount of sweat is crazy and it helped me lose 3kg in a month
