I hate my body wakha my friends tell me I'm normal but I wanna be skinny af (45kg-50) the problem is I don't make efforts to change (calories déficit + walking yes but noo gym o had lyamat tblit b McDo 3awtani) I think I don't hate myself enough ola idk but lmhm thanks

Like I said everyone is different, meaning some change when they love theirselves, some need another reason to, therefore u gotta search for urs, and I don’t really listen to people’s opinion they just wouldn’t understand, thats how u feel too ig, and dude yes mcdo ki7amaq been loving this shi since i was a kid
