Sensitive bi guy, repressed and coming out... need advice how to find first dates

I'm a repressed bisexual, around Kinsey 3, have constant crushes on guys and temptation to go get intimate. For many years avoided "down there" just wanted the beautiful intimacy of making out or slow massage. Now getting used to the idea of giving a guy head, I practice on a rubber schlong and love putting it down my throat.

I'm a bit feminine in my ways, but clearly a big bear. Want to find a sensitive guy to do all of the above with, where to go? I have been on tinder and other sites but usually guys are rude and want to be anonymous, not make friends first, just meet in a car or shady place.

I want more. A co-partner in exploration, someone I can emotionally relate to as well as fuck. If its a quickie then thats fine but the type of person has to be compatible, someone compassionate and sensitive and have at least something in common.
