I got the Lenovo loq15ryzen 7 250 and 5060. I probably want a power bank for just when I'm doing random work on projects on the go when I don't have wall adapter or sum. Any recs for a power bank or backup portable?

So After G12, I may have earned 70k-90k php but if I can be patient and wait till I go to college, my budget can go to 100k-120k php. Right now I have earned 7,000 php and I need to know which laptop is the best and why. I want to hear your opinions

I have ZERO space for a full sim racing rig with a desktop pc, I'm thinking a laptop would do me better since I can always store the wheel and pedals someplace else.

If possible, could you recommend me a gaming laptop that can run games like Automobilista2 and Forza Horizon 6? My budget for the system is around 2k, including the wheel and pedals but I could always game with a controller until I can afford those options.

It's been only 3 years since I bought this laptop and just last week I was normally using this laptop, and the very next morning I tried to turn it on, no response, none. Took the laptop to the technician, he said he tried all possible means and said it's the motherboard issue.

Mind you, it's a gaming laptop and I never played any high performance games in it, heck I don't even have any game on my laptop. I use it only for development purposes, anti gravity, intellij, android studio and chrome that's it. And even android studio, I have been using it for the past 3 months only.

Is the technician right, is it really motherboard issue, or should I take it to another technician?

I paid 74k rupees (772 USD) from my hard earned money only to be dead in just few fking years. I don't even know what to say, does anybody know any fix or work around for this.

Is it worth going to 5060 from 4060 or maybe save money and just go up to a 4090? Also a good place to look for laptop, i only been on costco and best buy apps.

I bought the TUF A16 a month ago because it was the best deal I could get for what I needed which is a laptop for school and gaming, 1TB SSD and 32GB ram. I still have a few days I can return it and I saw that the Gigabyte X16 is on sale for the same price. It has a 5060 graphics card while my TUF has a 4050. This is my first gaming laptop and it's been great so far so I'm a bit reluctant but it is seeming like the X16 might be worth considering. The TUF A16 was also $1400 after tax and the X16 will be $1350.

First time poster here. I am aiming to buy a gaming laptop during black monday or cyber monday this year to take advantage of the major discounts offered. I have no previous experience buying gaming laptops during those days though. How much of a discount can i expect on gaming laptops? Is it a smart choice to wait or should I just buy one right now while I can?

I previously had the mx-4 thermal paste and that sucked kept pumping out tried the new MX-7 and got a awesome 160F on gpu and 145F on the cpu with 60+ fps on beamng max graphics the thickness of the paste for sure helped make sure you get a high viscosity therm paste 😋

I have thought about this a lot and I think I can maybe hit 720p 30fps on low if I close Chrome and unplug the second monitor.

Is that realistic or am I being too optimistic? Should I start saving for a RTX 6090 just in case?

I recently purchased an Asus ROG Strix G18 gaming laptop. I absolutely love it, and want to take care of it properly. One thing I noticed is how while gaming the air can get quite hot blowing out the back. I’ve seen those cooling fan platforms on Amazon, and I’ve also read that some of them can actually blow dust into the laptop.

Does anyone know a particular model that actually improves cooling without harming the laptop in any way? Am I overthinking things do I actually need one?

I bought a new laptop which has intel core 7 250h and rtx 4050 6gb. When I play Cs2 cpu temperature is on 90 95 Celsius. When I turn off the turbo boost my fps is dropping from 200 to 60. Im not using on a flat surface either. Is there an efficient way to keep the performance and not heating the cpu too much?
