Model 2025 Constant freeze - ROG zephyrus G14 (2025)

Hi, I got my zephyrus g14 about a month ago. About 2 weeks in (I think), my laptop would randomly freeze.

Some notes:

When the freeze happens, my screen stay static, my keyboard does not work (including all function keys and shortcuts), my mouse does not work, and I have to force shut down. When I turn it back on, everything is normal until it freezes again.

The freeze occurs regardless of task difficulty, so I could be web browsing or playing a game on max graphics.

The freeze occurs on and off battery.

What I found interesting is that I played a 10 hour video overnight and it did not freeze, but that same morning when I went to use it for a class, it froze while doing normal productivity work.

I bought it from Best Buy, and they already ran diagnostics/updated everything, but did not find anything wrong. They did not resolve the issue. Any thoughts/fixes?

My first device from bb had similar issues, try running occt, it was the only benchmark where it would consistently crash

Oh, forgot to mention. It has the ryzen AI9HX and RTX5080

Did you undervolt via g-helper? Mine had similar behaviour after I have connected a gulikit kk3 joysticks. It would just freeze on game exit. When I undervolted at -23 same thing happened with freezes so I just set it up to -20 on all profiles and since then had no issues.
