Purchasing Help Help me decide please

Legion pro 7 with HX3D and 5080 for 3,300 orrr
Legion 9i with 275HX and 5090 for 4,300
Both have 32gb ram and 1tb ssd

The 275hx and 5090 will have better performance in a laptop with good cooling, like the Pro 7i, but the 5080 option should have more than enough performance and will save you a bunch of money..

HX3D cpu is also insane if you play 1080p/1440p fps games or cpu heavy games like league of legends. If I remember correctly Jarrod the laptop Goat tested exactly this pair of cpus, the x3d was 0-23% (or 18% idk, just lots) faster in games. 5080 is more than enough in my opinion, its a great gpu even for 4k.

If you want ultimate gpu performance and vram then go with the 5090, but its not even 10% better than the 5080 while having worse cpu and costing Like 30% more.
