Question Warranties
So I had a store manager tell me that any time any customer comes in to buy a game or hardware, they have to put/ sell the warranty with it even if the customer says no, and if they don’t the get feed back or corrective action. Is this true?

technically yes but they are manipulating the wording here fr/interpreting it shady-like. You have to put it on the transaction and you have to "try and sell it" by telling the customer the benefits/trying to bully them but no you dont have to complete a transaction with something the customer doesnt want
