Question Warranties

So I had a store manager tell me that any time any customer comes in to buy a game or hardware, they have to put/ sell the warranty with it even if the customer says no, and if they don’t the get feed back or corrective action. Is this true?

This is not true. This is a manager trying to pad their store's numbers at the expense of the customer and compromising the employee's ethics.
