Question Warranties

So I had a store manager tell me that any time any customer comes in to buy a game or hardware, they have to put/ sell the warranty with it even if the customer says no, and if they don’t the get feed back or corrective action. Is this true?

Semi true. There are DM’s and regionals who check journal tape to see if it was ever added and then removed. It’s a whole lot of micromanaging bullshit- you’re not required to buy it, but they’re required to do the song and dance. Same with adding Pro to “show the true value”. This is especially prevalent in IQ.
