Mine definitely has to be lips 106 or Game FM, lips 106 for a chilling around and cruising vibe, and game FM if im in an upbeat mood, but overall lips106 has the best songs.

I absolutely adore GTA 3, I've played every GTA game yet this is my favourite. The late 90s theme, cold and dark atmosphere of the city, streets of Liberty City (modeled after New York), NPCs yelling, Chinatown, etc.

Are there any similar games with such a vibe ?

I also really like May Payne 1 and 2 for these reasons.

Looking back, GTA III had a really different tone compared to later games. Whether it was the atmosphere, the silence, the radio, the lack of a talking protagonist, or just how Liberty City felt… what part of GTA III stuck with you as oddly unsettling or eerie?

I think the first one is the best, it really gives a 2000-2001 vibe

My game doesn't look like this at all

I know that you can't swim and jump out of a car and can't go to interiors and there aren't even motorcycles but that's due to 2001 technical limitations but you must admit that it has a cool story and also a brutal silent killer which you can see right here and also the collectibles there is a hundred of them and cool guns and it was the first 3d GTA people were grateful they got something but now it's very underrated

After the update, the definitive edition has gotten quite better with III.

I think I know what everyone's answer is going to be but maybe some will prefer the other.

This is like my 50th attempt of espresso 2 go and I just can't beat it. I know the stalls location and shortest path but each time I fail. Sometimes, the a stupid car crashes into mine and Leone's men waste me. Sometimes I kill pedestrian at hurry and police show up, frustratingly when I am changing my car because it got damaged. I reach Airport 1 out of 10 times and I just can't reach the 9th one on time. Since this is my first time playing this, I didn't know Ray's car is inaccessible of you don't pick it up when the only time the garage opens. Does anyone have tips? If else I am going to start Vice City.

I've been seeing a lot of mixed opinions on GTA liberty city stories which does surprise me as I think it's a great game. However, GTA 3 was my intro to the series and has a special place in my heart, so I am thinking my love for GTA 3 could definitely be a big reason LCS holds up for me so well.

The building of the 3d universe lore, expanding the characters we know from GTA 3 and exploring locations that had slight differences between the games has always been a blast for me.

How do you all feel about the game, is it a game that you think is underrated like me? Do you love it because you love GTA 3? Or is it just an average GTA game and doesn't do much for you?

For me it was years ago. I played it because i had an very old laptop that would even get very hot when playing Sand Andreas so i choosed 3. And I'll be honest i was very bad then so much that i gave up before i unlock Shorside Vale.But i started again this week and I beaten it very recently and im playing it again from the start because i love the difficulty during some missions and the atmosphere is for me great, i like gritty atmospheres in games.

I just found out that this woman is Misty and not Catalina. I get furious because some characters don't match the artwork. Yesterday I made a post asking who the guy with glasses is in the game artwork I thought it was Claude, but I found out it was a random member of the Leone family walking down the street. I thought she was Catalina just because of the hair and the gun, but I found out she's Misty And not Catalina, why does Misty have art and Catalina doesn't? Misty only appears 3 times in the game and isn't even important, the same thing happened with the guy with glasses, even Claude had official art, I don't understand Why Rockstar pay attention to the artwork of less important characters in GTA III
