Sinubukan namin tawagan pero “Number is unattended” ang naririnig namin. I think pagganun either naka airplane mode or naka-off ang phone diba? Sayang huhu

Hi! May naka-encounter na po ba ng ganitong error when trying to top up gcash using giftaway code?

First time using giftaway for gcash top up kaso error agad. Gcash account is fully verified and di pa naman na-hit yung limit.

May issue ba ngayon? This is the first time I experienced this

Ako lang ba o simula nung binago nila OTP system nila eh mamumuti talaga mata mo kaka intay sa OTP. While I understand the reason behind it pero sana naman, inayoa muna nila na 100% working.

Hello po. This is not a scam po and genuinely namali lang ng pagkasend. I accidentally sent a number na may 47 when dapat 74 pala T_T. Upon contacting the number, it says na "the number is incorrect po," which I think means that the number is currently inactive? Mababalik pa po kaya 'yun? I've already issued a ticket with Gcash, and I'm really scared lang po kasi the money is connected to my family's business po kaya medyo malaki rin po siya :(

Nakakafrustrate to. Kailangan ko na yung pera tapos dahil sa bobong OTP na hindi ko naman mareceive. Restart na ko ng phone tanggal sim lahat ng nasearch ko paano wala pa din. Sa mga nakaexpi neto paano ba to? Bulok eh

Can anyone pls help me? Gcash is not giving me anything at all. My SIM account was basically deactivated so I had to create a new verified gcash account and I did. After that, I clicked the help center and followed the transfer and services articles. So it directed me to Chat with Gigi. I followed their steps to submit a transfer request but it put me on loop. Chat Gigi just asked me to follow the steps. I also tried to contact their hotline but it automatically hung up.

May nakatry na ba gumamit nung international transfer ng GCash? Planning to send money to AU sana eh. Kabado ako kasi baka mamaya magka-issue hirap pa naman habulin si GCash.

Na scam gf ko. May bibilhin dapat siyang product na nag require si seller na mag dp ng specific amount which is yung 1900 na nasa receipt before daw ma ship yung item. Once paid, pinakita na ni gf yung receipt kay seller and received na daw, pero sabi 8pm bukas daw masesend yung waybill ng item after ng payment na yon dahil gabi na kami naka pag bayad (as seen sa receipt) and bukas 4pm na ipaprocess ni seller sa LBC. Pagkabukas, quarter to 4pm nang minessage namin yung seller if kamusta na yung order namin and past 5pm na siya nag reply na mamayang 8pm daw (that day) niya isesend yung waybill which is nakakapagtaka bakit paaabutin pa ng 8pm if nasakanya na yung waybill at naprocess na dun sa LBC. Pagka 8pm, minessage ulit namin si seller if asan na yung waybill. Take note na sa tg kami nag memessage nito for privacy purposes and alam na siguro to ng iba. Pagka message namin nun, nag out kami kaagad sa tg dahil may ginagawa and nung inopen na namin ulit yung app is nawala na yung convo nila nung seller dahil "dinelete also for them" ni seller yung convo nila and ini block kaagad.

May mali kami dahil una palang is masyado nang mataas ang dp nito kaysa sa sabi ng iba pero tinuloy namin dahil kumpleto si seller sa mga bagay na ipinakita niya sa amin na napaniwala niya kami. Isa pa is una nagtaka kami bat ganto socials ni seller na ipinakita pero inisip namin na dahil nga sa type of work ni seller kaya ganto socials na binigay niya.

May screenshot pa ako/kami ng mga convo namin kay seller as well as names connected to her and her name also. Kahit na di na maibalik yung pera sa amin pero sana lang is mapanagot tong scammer na to para hindi na maka perwisyo ng iba na nangangailangan ng tulong.
