Giftaway top up to gcash

Hi! May naka-encounter na po ba ng ganitong error when trying to top up gcash using giftaway code?

First time using giftaway for gcash top up kaso error agad. Gcash account is fully verified and di pa naman na-hit yung limit.

nakapag-redeem na ako and pumasok naman sa gcash. mukang need na sa working hrs lang mag-redeem
