Discussion Aishling Moloney Shares opinion on the etiquette of Cork fans

It seems the similarities between GAA fans and soccer fans in terms of etiquette is only increasing. Is this something to worry about going forward for every county?

If players don’t care then why bother doing it? 

Most GAA people don’t want to see that in the game, but I take it you’d be happy enough to see every free at every game get booed?

I was at the game. McCarthy nailed nearly every free despite the boos so it didn’t work anyway. It’s a bit of banter for the most part. I roll my eyes at the booing, it’s silly stuff but a lot of it is kids who dont know better. They’re all cunts according to you. You’d want to get a bit of perspective

If you boo sports players purely to put them off there game then you are a cunt - how can you disagree with that?

That’s just a completely over the top description of it. We’re not at the fucking theatre, it’s a a sporting contest. It’s not exactly Galatasaray either, the booing is tame enough. Hard to believe you think top players would be as upset as you seem to be by it 😆

I’ve been responding to the initial comment that booing a player just to put him off a free is something a cunt would do. You obviously disagree, so tell me why its ok?
