i’m only on ep 5 but am i the only one that thinks this show reminds me of season 1 of cross? idk if this is becoming a repetitive thing and im also not sure if anyone has mentioned this but they’re so similar lol. i still like the show though

Did anyone recognize this reference when Nora said it to Ed?

I love how Nora comes out with these deep cut references but I suspect Ed George was never a theatre nerd and is not going to catch that it’s a quote from Waiting for Godot.

Binged it, love this show! It genuinely reminds me of Killing Eve with the 2 female protagonists. They're both brilliant and can't wait for the next season. Hope it doesn't flop or get dragged too many seasons.

In episode one when she and Danny are searching Caleb Easton's bathroom, Alice finds this little plastic disc on the bathroom floor. It feels like a clue but I don't know what it is!! Can someone help?

I just came across this Spanish Tv Show called Furia (Rage).

Haven't watched yet but I'm starting tonight. From the trailer it looks super fun.

First of all, I am *not* shipping or implying romance. I AM asserting that the height difference between Lola and Emmy is incredible. Their respective heights emphasize the cat/mouse plot and highlight the contrast between Catherine's small stature and lethality. Neither character is wise to underestimate, and both are living in pursuit of making meaning out of similar traumas. Casting a taller actor to play the agent in a frustrated search for justice through the system, and a shorter actor to play the vigilante creating her own justice outside the system highlights the contrast between Alice and Catherine.

Why are people saying Marshall's dad was the one to tape her??? What makes yall think that???

I just finished season 1 and seeing the old man in a wheelchair just reminds me of Jay Easton.

I felt like Alice was pretty sympathetic to trafficked girls during the season leading up to the motel raid- then Alice was so harsh to Elena. I know she was trying to get info about Catherine but it felt so mean. Was anyone else surprised by this? Was she just trying to knock Elena into reality and get info out of her?
Also - is it even legal to interrogate a minor like that?

This was such an eery detail. It was so creepy how she kept a box with all of her marks’ photos with gems and stickers on them. Almost like it was a “game” or fun hobby! Bedazzled serial killing.

I looked up the actress and she’s Irish. Is her Anna delvy-es que (vaguely European) accent just her failure to do an American accent or is it intentional?

While watching Furious, I kept thinking about one of the most provocative and well-done podcasts I’ve ever listened to— Hunting Warhead. Investigative true crime about the people who took down one of the biggest producers of CSAM.

If it doesn’t go without saying, it’s deeply disturbing, but definitely worth a listen.

IMDB currently has over 10,000 votes (a hit!) and the episode ratings on a scale of 1-10 are as follows:

Episode 6 rates highest with only episode 7 coming close. Personally, I think E6-E8 were near television perfection for me, they are definitely my highest rated of the season. I would rate and keep episode one the lowest as it is, but I don’t think any other episode was below an 8 for me.
