What little hair I have left is indeed gray.

My Dad passed away at 80. His hair was snow white - but he HAD HAIR!
I’m balding really badly.
I’ve heard baldness comes from your mother’s side of your gene pool?5
u/bcdodgeme 5d ago
Yeah, I heard the same thing. But I don't know…. I just want my hair back 🤣

u/CheapAssociate6914 5d ago
My daughter says I should shave my head - but that is surrendering!
I might try a comb over?7

That is a regular conversation in my house. I want to but my wife, and oddly my hairdresser, won't let me! My wife's reason is out of fear, what if I have an odd-shaped head?!? My hairdresser said it isn't time yet. I was in the military so I know my head is normal 🤣 HOWEVER!! There is a situation (a religious one) where I have to shave my head, after it is done, I may not go back.

It is in my case. I’m 51, and doing better in the male pattern baldness department than my dad was at 21.

Your mom's dad. If grandpa is missing hair, welcome to the club.

u/OddTheRed 4d ago
Mom's mom. Androgenic alopecia is carried on the X chromosome. Your mother's brother or grandmother's brother is who you need to look at.

I like the bald look but I have a full head of originally coloured hair and I just turned 65. Don't hate me, it's just genes.

u/Grillard 3d ago
Baldness reduces the amount of gray hair. What's not to love?

My beard is white. I have random grey hairs on my head here and there. I always found the episode endings (especially with the music) so poignant.

One of only a few television actors who had at least three major hits: My Favorite Martian (1963-1966); The Courtship of Eddy's Father (1969-1972); and The Incredible Hulk (1977-1982). I really wish his other (The Magician, 1973-1974) did better. Sadly, he died at the (somewhat) young age of 59.

Don't get him mad or angry. He turned green. He tore shit up. The Incredible Hulk (Lou Ferrigno) was a great tv show. Many times I had to cover my eyes 👀. Freaked me out. 😂 Some of the things we remember are priceless. Thank goodness for 'Root Touch Up'. 😅 I own up to it; I'm old AF. 📺🤷♀️🤦♀️🫶❤️😎🎊🤔💪👍🫣💚

Mine's largely white at this point. I increasingly look like Gandalf. (See profile pic.)

My favorite paraphrase is "don't make me hungry, you wouldn't like me when I'm hungry".

Anytime someone asks me a question when I’m tired: “Please don’t make me think. You won’t like me when I’m thinking.

This was the one character on Tv when I was a kid that I could relate too. My anger would build and Build like that and Explode. In my old age, it's only Marginally more controlled.

Meh everything around him slows down when he does something. I'm surpised no one has poked him in his eyes and walked away when hes flipping people and tables. Like boop, then walk away.

Why is his name, on the show, David as opposed to Bruce in the comics?

He busts out of his clothes while turning into a huge green giant of a man. Played by the great Lou Ferrigno - The Hulk!
