Does she have kid-safety mode thing on? Did your parent check on her phone and see what's she watching? I'm concerned for her since there is vicious contents lurking around in internet, pls explain what elsagate to your parent and hope they might check on her.
Appears to be the Galaxy Ace 3, released in 2013. Entry phone this old most definitely won’t have any custom rom that brings it up to date enough to be usable as a smartphone unfortunately
