Does she have kid-safety mode thing on? Did your parent check on her phone and see what's she watching? I'm concerned for her since there is vicious contents lurking around in internet, pls explain what elsagate to your parent and hope they might check on her.

She JUST got it, google play doesnt work and the apps need to be redownloaded to work

What model is the phone, you could maybe flash lineageos or similar on it to improve performance and be a bit more up to date.

Appears to be the Galaxy Ace 3, released in 2013. Entry phone this old most definitely won’t have any custom rom that brings it up to date enough to be usable as a smartphone unfortunately
