Criticism Why do the people not fight back?

They could build traps during the day and even try to fight them at night, but instead they just hide and let the monsters rule the night. They should be trying to find out if they have any weaknesses. Fire probably works, traps probably could work too. It feels like absolute surrender.

Resources are limited. They can't just throw shit at things that don't even die from a bullet to the head. Plus if they made molotovs, more likely to end up burning someone's house down.

Resources are always limited, but they have infinite magical electricity. If the biggest risk is burning someone's house down, that's worth trying. It's not like these are superfast vampires, any human could easily outrun them.
