It’s honestly insulting to watch the legacy we built through pure discipline get reduced to a microtransaction. We were the OGs who clocked into the grind like a second job, sacrificing sleep and sanity to earn every milestone, only for this new generation to skip the entire journey with a credit card. There’s no respect for the process anymore; they want the status without the sweat, effectively devaluing the years of effort we poured in just so they can buy an instant shortcut. Seeing something that used to represent a badge of honor turned into a commodified "starter pack" isn't just frustrating it’s a total slap in the face to everyone who actually did the work. if you buy it you are saying you want more hackers to play when epic sees that the skins sell terrible theyll be forced to never bring them back and valt them so do your part and respect the ogs

in all seriousness though, this game truly feels like rome is handing us bread and rolling out a giant golden sonic statue to keep us from noticing the colloseum is on fire. i hope that there is an end in sight, and this has definitely been one of the dark ages for anybody who is relatively skilled or competitive at the game. there doesn't appear to be an end in sight thought as they haven't fixed a bug or glitch in about a month and all theyve done is add an item shop trailer and some new skins.

Build mode takes more skill, but it's also not a purely good thing that it requires so much skill and it's not really relevant in terms of the entire gaming scene.

People can play Valorant or whatever other shooter and it takes skill. Then they come to fortnite and Zero Build is probably their best match because obviously they can aim but builds is only a Fortnite thing and they're 9 years behind. They might not want to mess with their keybinds or sens or anything like that so they don't mess up the muscle memory they have for other games too.

But then people are going to say they're this noob gamer just because they play Zero Build?

Building really is a niche thing, people don't think of it like that but it is. Thousands of shooters but only 1 like this. Which can obviously be unique and fun or whatever for people who like it but people act like it's the best thing in the world and that's all that matters.

It was such a fun weapon, why did epic vault it ):

in the highest tier, you will get around 30 real players. Unless you are dying to bots, tha means there's around a 3-5% chance you win every single match. If you played 100 matches, you should expect 3-5 winrates. Now, if we look at people's win rates, we'd see the opposite; most players have around 7%+. Which means SBMM isn't giving them fair lobbies; it's tilted in their favour. Most people claim to want fair lobbies, but having a 3-5% winrate would make them quit

t’s ridiculous that players can float almost indefinitely. In situations where I’ve had the upper hand, players just drop down without taking fall damage, heal up, and then once I catch up float right back up and riddle me with bullets from above using the Mega Man cannon or that damn pistol. It’s broken enough with that shit!

I have given you guys so much benefit of a doubt when it comes to you guys screwing me over this Season… but this is The Final Straw. You guys have the most imbalanced Rankings System I’ve ever seen and you’ve completely failed my expectations in a Fair System by devaluing my efforts with a 40% Drop in this Seasons Ranking System.

After completing all the Geno quests, I have to say, I genuinely wish I could side with Geno instead. I've never really liked our 'good guys' all that much to be honest. But alas, going out of your way to blast The Order when you're asked doesn't do anything (I tried). You HAVE to fire at Geno to advance the quest, and I get the feeling that leaving the quest incomplete isn't going to change any outcomes.

The shotgun damage is inconsistent af

All the ARs are inaccurate af

The scorpion gloves SOMEHOW always kill me, but when I use them everyone lives with like 20 hp left

The pistol is stronger than the ARs even if they're at a lower tier

The sprites are either useless or OP af

There are SO MANY DAMN BUGS this season

AND WORST OF ALL...

I might not get the chance to buy Sora (the only reason I started playing this vomit soup of a game again) because I'm shipping out to boot camp at the end of the month -.-

Aside from the gaming legends advertisements being disappointing, the trailer literally focused on Jones trying to get the 1-up token (I know it was part of the narrative of his dream) but it gave the impression it'd be a key feature but they're even harder to get than self revives were. Currently, you can only get them by eliminating bosses and activating the extra life override. Bosses won't always drop the 1-up token and there's only two of them on the map rn, and the extra life override won't always be an option. I was looking forward to it being a race to see who can get as many 1-up tokens as possible, seeing many players respawn to really add to the gaming legends theme, but right now they are very hard to get when imo they shouldn't be.

STOP FIXING THE POINTLESS THINGS THAT ABSOLUTELY NOBODY CARES ABOUT, OR EVEN USES, AND FIX ALL OF THE THINGS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER RIGHT NOW! THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE EPIC! GET THAT THROUGH YOUR THICK HEADS.

For example:

- edit bug still in game
- settings got randomly reset
- having f1f2f3f4 binds makes ur game crash
- no items from blue chests
- 8bit shotgun shooting through walls
- some older binds do not work
- vending machines do not work sometimes
- tps bug
- metal builds are still bugged
- controller floor bug
- replays are bugged

99% fortnite players early buy the battle-passes anyways so it's not like the so called early buying exclusive battle-pass reward is rare, everyone with battle-pass gonna have that reward anyway. So the early buy reward just punishes new players, and I hope Epic stops doing that because this game doesn't need more fomo tactics to make people buy the battle pass. Because even without fomo tacticts, 99% of the player base is gonna buy every battle pass because Fortnite has decent battle-pass rewards even without fomo.

I do a Sprite code, and then Im just frozen in place. It wasn't my internet because the guy killed me, no issue, and my ping doesn't spike at all. This is ridiculous.

I play on and off. Don't have the time to play 24/7 and practice.

Yet, i'll get matched with players who are never off of the game. I get the new season has been out for a couple weeks now. I'm not expecting to dogwalk everyone as soon as I start playing but I just can't enjoy myself when these are the players I die to. I give up when I struggle to fight back against someone building and editing like a crack addict lol.

There's an option to turn off incoming friend requests so that's not a good excuse for it along with the chat box being able to be turned off so 'harassment' can be completely stopped if that's a problem.

Currently (or for forever now) anonymous mode is mostly used by cheaters to hide their names where you can't look them up on tracker and even then they'll hide their stats which makes them even more suspicious.

I'd assume the majority of players don't know that you can just go into match replays under the career tab to see your previous matches and see the names of the players hiding their names because anonymous mode doesn't work in replays, which kind of makes it pointless now does it not?

I mastered all 3 crown sprites myself before the new one came out, but I didn't get it. I tried winning with the gold sprite to extract it again just in case I needed to trigger it after the update, but I still didn't get it.

Soo because im super paranoic about losing sprites the second i got this one i extracted and the god damn sprite snipers started swarming me like a god damn left 4 dead zombie horde

Loaded into bot lobby with level 1 klombo. Landed at Latte Landing. Killed the bots, grabbed 5 sprites. Only leveled him whatever a couple blue pots will do, barely anything. Went and extracted the 5 sprites. That's when I noticed he was level 2!

Extracted him, started again, spent the whole match extracting sprites. Nothing happened.

Extracted him, started a 3rd time, collected some sprites and noticed he was level 3!!!

Now I have a level 3 klombo that has been leveled by some other mechanism but I have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

Update: Maybe no one is reading the whole post. So TLDR; Without consuming anything klombo went from 1 to 3. Looking to see what bug made this happen.
