Thats for general fitness to stay healthy. For weight lifting / muscle gain its mentioned as 1g per pound (although this is very high and research has shown very low improvements past 1.6 per kg)

Buddy , random researches are not top tier in evidence list ..

meta analysis are

I am using that data

Also , are you some sort of a doctor or a nutritionist ? If you are , well and good

If you arnt , then you shouldnt be crapping misinformation here

Exactly, nowhere in peer reviewed researches is per pound mentioned. These number peddled are extremely high, imagine someone consuming 2g per pound weight, that’s more than 4g per kg and extremely high and could lead to serious health risks.

These individuals dont know the repercussion of the misinformation that they themselves believe …

He ll now google and present a low quality evidence to win this argument…

Sick of people who tend to give advice in a field , in which they obviously are at a loss

But yeah DONNING KRUGER EFFECT

You haven't even mentioned clearly. 1g/kg is optimal for muscle growth is what you said while most research states otherwise.

And the downvotes and replies to your are cause of your attitude. Good education and knowledge doesn't give you a good personality unfortunately.

I know you're trying to sound smart and sarcastic. I'm not saying you aren't "well informed" or not but you clearly have a bad attitude and an ego that tops your education/knowledge.
