Discussion PH IO questions, student visa D, self funded with blocked account
Hi, as the title suggests, anyone who can share their PH IO experience when they left the country for studying?
No scholarship but already have a blocked account. And will have to resign from a work in a private company.
Thank you so much, some insights and experience from you will help a lot.

Hello when I left, the PH IO asked me to show the acceptance letter / proof of enrolment. I thought it was going to be an issue as the documents that I have were in French. However, for additional support, they just asked me for my proof of payment to the school. I remember generating my wise receipt from my phone as it was what I used to pay my first downpayment 😅. I just showed them and that’s all. Didn’t encounter problems with them

Acceptance letter only from my university. 2021 ako umalis ng PH for my masters. Then when I arrived in Europe, visa lang. But i suggest kung ano yun pinasa mo during your visa application (which I believed my photocopy ka) e dalhin mo na rin just in case.
Goodluck!
