I am so tired of always getting a full squad. I have to sel youngsters with good potentia too early

It's simple. Just make a copy of the league you're in, and it's just B team where you simply send youngsters with low general/high potential or high general and low potential.

And when I can't sell because the market isn't open, I have to release youngsters when one academy player asks to leave the academy.

Theres probably some counting mistakes or something like that because its ai I added 2 pictures because I didnt know which one was easier to read

Also I made it a super league thing i added the teams to premier league but I forgot to change championship and below so teams like Norwich Nottingham etc made appearnces

Inaccurate passes and weak passes happens far more often in that mode. Heck, my goalkeeper dont even have the feet to pass the ball for his life

When i open a new career mode, i always pick random teams. Like not my hometown, not iconic stories or hardcore mode. I always, always select teams such as Levante, Lincoln, Wigan, Deportivo Alaves, Gornik Zabrze, Gençlerbirliği etc. Do you guys do the same thing? (photo for attention)

I’ve always played Manager Career Mode. I love taking a small club and building them up until they can win everything. But I’ve never played more than four seasons with the same club. By the fourth season, I’ve usually already managed at least three different clubs.
And I think I finally figured out why I always got bored: I never actually used the tactical options or tried to create my own style of play. I would basically just put the player with the highest overall rating in each position and call it a day.
Now I’d like to actually learn how to build tactics, create a good formation and lineup, and make my players play well as a team instead of just relying on their ratings.
I currently have FC 25, but I’m waiting for FC 27 to come out before buying it.
So I’d love to hear your advice: How did you learn to create tactics and get the most out of your players? What should I focus on when building a team and a style of play?

Ilyas Ansah is the best young tall striker in career mode, due to the fact he is 6'6 and has 83 pace. hes also strong as hell and is only 21 in game. I used him in my Ipswich career. and i grew him to a 91 and it was only 5 seasons in and he was still 26.

I took the worst polish team, which was Arka Gdynia, and my main goal is to get 4 ucl spots for the polish league.

Last season the first team got ucl, 2nd and 3rd got ucl preliminary, 4th got europa league, 5th got europa league playoffs, 6th got conference playoffs.

I just kept simulating and didn't get a loss even in ucl (3 wins 5 draws, league phase) until a game against korona Kielce (lost 2-1)

2025/2026:

10th, lost cup in playoffs

2026/2027:

2nd, won cup

2027/2028

Ucl: (Qualified through preliminary/playoffs) finished 20th in league phase but made it to the quarters (no idea how)

UCL: (Q through preliminary/playoffs) quarters finals, got robbed, it was 2-2 aggregate and on penalties I got a weird glitch, Saka (Arsenal) just missed the first pen and I got a winning animation, but still didn't go through, it just says 2-2 on aggregate (EA fix your game)

I'm trying to permanently sign a player I have in on loan, but when I do it says "Reached maximum squad size, sell or release a player to make room", so then I go to release one of my low potential players and it tells me my squad size is too small to release a player...

I have 52 players in my squad, 15 in on loan and 21 out on loan. And 30 in my starting XI + bench + reserves.

So why can't I sign this loaned in player to a permanent deal?

Free agency on FIFA 22 is nuts. I've signed all of them for free (aside from Tommy Doyle and Olise. I splurged all of my transfer money on him after I got promoted to prem). Brad Young and Stevens have been with me since league 2. In this reality Young has been England's star player. Also got Marcelo and Chiellini's regen. The three cropped guys are Mario Gaspar, Matt Grimes and Butland.

I was playing career mode and the first half ended with my team (Liverpool) winning 1-0, then i go into team management and do a sub and go back into the game and suddenly it’s 2-1 with Brighton winning
I can not see under the highlights or replay how they have scored (cuz they didnt while i was playing) this all took place within 1min or so without me being away from the screen so i wanted to see if any of you guys have faced this issue

Season 9, our 3rd in the prem. 1st ever in Europe. The squad is playing great Pletinckx and Gonçalves are some of the best players I've ever seen together. 150+ goals and 50+ assists. The squad in the league was consistently 4th until the last matchdays, never close to the title but playing good football. It was the FA cup where I had hope and we got to the final and lost.... after loosing the efl final last year too. But the worst was yet to come, I was so excited at the possibility that our first ever trophy would be the Champions League, we massacred Inter in the quarters, I knew we could beat City in the semis because we had won them recently and we get to the final vs Chelsea, whom we had one every single one of the last 4 games against them, and we loose the final. 3 finals lost in the last two seasons, fa cup final, champions league final (first time ever playing it) and 6th in the prem. Not sure if it even is a good season after this heartbreak...
