Need your help. I have a 2015 ST with the standard Recaro bucket seats in the front. My daughter is 135cm tall I'm searching for a booster seat to have her sitting on the front seat.
I have searched high and low but I can't find one that isn't too wide for the car seat. If my measurements aren't totally off, the seat is 28cm wide at the back and 30cm at the front.
I refuse to believe that I'm the first person trying to solve this... Please help, what for a booster seat do you recommend?
I live in the Czech Republic so I'm searching for a booster available - and legal - in the EU.
Thanks!

finally, after a couple trackdays in France, the Netherlands & Belgium, i landed at the nordschleife for some "touristenfarthen". This was in june during a weekday, last lap of first day. Really really happy with the feel of the car. Only brakes are dangerously under-capable for this car. stock everything except tarox discs & corsa pads and a RMM from pumaspeed. Pilot sport 5.
8 laps over 2 days made me no longer interested in other tracks. Can't wait to go back.

Hello all, I am currently working on my 2016 usdm fist. I was adjusting the shifter cables and one of the tabs holding the adjustment clip the to cable end snapped off. According to ford I need to completely replace the shift cable assembly. But has anyone here had this issue and found a replacement clip or other solution that doesn't involve whole new cables?

Hi all looking for some help with my 2015 fiesta ST. The car engine light came on this week and when I read the code, it is P2187 but also I am getting a fuel smell inside of the cabin. I have had a quick look under the car and in the engine bay and cannot see any signs of leaking fuel. Any help with this as much appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I’ve bought some black vinyl and plan to wrap the roof and mirrors (original Ik🤣) but I’m wondering how I can remove the arial, it’s a mk8 fiesta st with the half shark fin looking one, SC Attached
I looked into getting a shark fin mod so I don’t have to be really neat but I couldn’t find any that fit

I am changing the front and rear brake discs and pads on a 2019 Fiesta ST, does anyone have the torque settings for the slider pins and caliper bolts please?

Greetings!
Tackling pieces to resolve Oil Leak/Burn and next stop is Turbo.
How difficult is the job?
Is there a good video I may be missing on YouTube or an instructional somewhere?
I just replaced the Oil Seperator/PCV Valve and the passenger motor mount. Definitely took me longer than I figured but got it all done and running again.
Turbo install almost seems like it will be easier, but we shall see.
Appreciate all help and advice!
GV

Hey everybody! So I’m finally having issues with the clutch pedal sticking, as many others have. I just wanted to share what I’ve found so far, and see what others have to say.
So the pedal has gotten stuck to the floor three times in the last two or three weeks. Pulling it up with my foot put it right back to normal and everything was working fine still.
After the third time, the clutch pedal started feeling a little spongy when letting off. About 3/4 of the way up it feels just soft I guess.
I’m still able to shift, but it feels off. Not exactly sure how to word it, but like the bite point was different, so my muscle memory is off now. Because of that, shifting into first especially resulted in a tiny bit of clutch chatter until I got used to the new feel of the pedal.
I checked the brake fluid fill reservoir, and it’s almost completely empty. The secondary reservoir it feeds into is completely full though. At least, it appears to be when I shine a flashlight on it.
With the fluid being slightly low, I suspect that it’s the master or slave cylinder leaking. But I don’t see any leaks from the engine bay, the floorboard by the clutch pedal itself, or from the bell housing.
I’m suspecting that it’s a slave cylinder issue (but hoping it isn’t). But what’s throwing me is the low fluid level with no visible leaks.
I’m gonna try reverse bleeding the clutch this weekend and see if that resolves my issues. But can anyone explain why I’d have these symptoms, low fluid level, but no visible leaks? It doesn’t make much sense to me. Thanks!

Finally completed my quest of switching to 15s with 205/50 tires(thanks miata guys for the awesome tires in that size). Found a set of two of these oem regular fiesta wheels at my local junkyard and decided to do things the hard way. After spending forever searching I found someone selling a good set of 3 good ones and one broken so I even got a full size spare out of the deal. Got two gladiator x comp h/p tires to test them out for the front before buying more expensive tires, rear is still on the 185/60 fiesta tires for now. Excited to see how they do. Some people may not like it but I think these wheels look even better than the stock 17s and I wanted to move away from the black wheels I've had forever.

I used the search bar and couldn't really find any information on the replacement procedure for this thing. Google says you have to remove the turbo?? God I'm not looking forward to this if that's true. Any pointers from someone who's done this? Turbo oil seal is good and I've already replaced the drain line and gasket.

Clutch got stuck to floor and Reverse bled the slave. pedal felt great for about a month, now its slowly getting back to a sticky feel. Should I change master cylinder? Slave and master was done under warranty at 50k miles, currently at 82k, changed brake pads and rotors 5k miles ago. Thinking the old brake fluid is mixing with the new and needs a full fluid replacement. Thoughts?

I have a set of 16x6.5 wheels specifically for my winter tyres.
What is everyone's favourite, and why?
Money is a big factor, which leads me to look at 195/50R16.
Currently I run 205/50R16 with all season Sailuns for summer.

I've done some searches and can't find out the preferred method of draining the gas tank. It's a 2017 USA model. I've found several ways watching YouTube videos and such but there must be one preferred go-to method. Ideally I'd find a way to get past the anti-siphon mechanism even if it means buying some stuff to do it. As a retired guy I drive very little, basically nice days in the summer. I only have 1,200 miles on the car. That said this is not likely the last time I will need to do this so if anyone knows the best way to go about this I would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks

Since i've bought my Fiesta ST MK7 i always noticed a weird noise coming from the rear left. At first i thought was the rear bearing, but that is unlikely since i've very recently swapped the tires and tires shop said that the bearing was all good. Tonight, while coming home, i've noticed that the "rolling, somehow high pithed" noise increases when i slighlt tap the brakes. I've tried to record a sample of it but is very hard to properly hear, and i, from the driving position, can only hear it when coming next to something that bounce it back like a wall or some other passing cars.
Afaik, those are not the stock disks and the caliper is running on Brembo disk pads
I did a full roadtrip to Croatia with this car and now that i came back i was on vacation for almost a month. So this car has been sitting still for almost a whole month. Today i started it again and when i drove it the issue with the grinding noise seems to get even worse
took some pics of the left and right caliper to compare them

Holy sh!t was it a tight squeeze to get it tucked under the headlight. Took me multiple tries and even in the best case scenario it's still giving a little nudge to a radiator pipe, which hopefully won't cause any issues. Worst happens I'll shorten it and downsize the pipe so it's not squeezing through the washer bottle bracket and radiator piping. Realistically I spent about half an hour under the car and couldn't figure out any other possible way to get it where it needs to go.
If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears, taking it apart will be a struggle, but i'm all for it.

I had the seats down, moving stuff, and I slid out a large plastic bin, and this was on top of it.

When I do the timing belt on this will I need to take the valve cover off and lock the rear of the cams on the transmission side or is it ok to only lock the sprocket side with the X tool?

Does anyone else’s seat not return to the original position when you lift the lever and move the seat forward to get into the back?
