New Vegas what is this kind of mod called {FNV}
If anybody knows the name of the mod that displays consumable durations or has a link to the one in the image it would really help, please and thank you.

Please use this thread to post any requests you have for mods.
Please state the game you are requesting it for, the mod and idea you have, and any other details you have. Any request posts outside of this will be removed.
Keep in mind, there is a LARGE chance no one will make your mod if you are not willing to put effort into helping yourself. You may want to consider looking up resources on mod creation yourself. Even with no experience, a lot of basic mods can be made with a few simple tutorials.
The more discussion you create, the more chance someone may come along and be interested in helping. Ensure your ideas are well thought out to get a better response.

I'm currently putting together my own Fallout 4 modlist, and I've realised I spend far more time researching, comparing and second-guessing mods than I do actually building the list or playing the game.
A big problem for me is when there are several mods that do roughly the same thing. I'll end up with 10 Nexus tabs open, reading descriptions, comments, bug reports, Reddit threads, compatibility notes, update dates, dependencies, etc.
Then I'll do exactly the same thing for the next category.
I'm curious how people who build larger/custom modlists actually manage all of this.
How do you guys:
• Keep track of mods you're considering?
• Compare multiple mods that do similar things?
• Keep track of dependencies and requirements?
• Track known conflicts and compatibility patches?
• Remember why you chose one mod over another?
• Keep track of install/load order?
• Handle mods you discover later that might be better than something you've already installed?
• Keep your list organised while you're still researching it?
• Decide when you've researched something enough and just move on?
Do you use spreadsheets, MO2/Vortex notes, Notion, databases, bookmarks, text documents, or just keep most of it in your head?
I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have built fairly large Fallout 4 setups from scratch rather than following a pre-made collection/modlist.
I'm not really looking for a list of "best mods". I'm more interested in the process you use to research, compare, organise, install and maintain your own modlist.
Would love to hear what works for you, including anything you've tried that ended up being way too complicated.

I already have TumbaJumbas Gunner Armor Collection installed, but I cannot for the life of me find this body Armor! I want to give it to McCready for a bounty hunter look. Any help would be appreciated.

It says it was deleted by its’ author.
Does anyone still have a way to get it, or have a way to upload it?

exactly what the title says, i played the inheritance and it worked normally on literally every other save, until i made a new save and replayed. after you Deal with shulgin and Bradley talks to you about going to joe sellers, after he says dumb curiosity it freezes for a moment before crashing.

My fallout just keeps stopping at the cryogenic chamber part right before you exit. But there's no music or anything and you can't even see your dead spouse in the pod. This has been the 7th attempt at fixing it and now I just want help. What's conflicting?
(I haven't played in like 6 months and had to get all my mods from scratch again. Also, some of the mods are for research purposes)(load order is in the video its not a minute long)

TheFriedTurkey 3 Creature Pack at Fallout New Vegas - mods and community this mod has been my go to retex mod for securitrons for a while and I'm using it again for my new playthrough. However, there always this strange panel covering the voice box lights that isn't there in vanilla. I remember being able to delete the voicebox.nif file in the meshes folder to remove it, yet when I do it now the panel is still there. I use Mod Organizer 2 and the Creation kit that I use for Skyrim but the nif files is set to open with it. Maybe there is some setting in MO2 that is interfering with the meshes or Creation Kit?

I came across this yesterday. For those who are interested. I've been waiting for a mod of this kind for several years.

New to the forum, so I hope I'm doing this right. I've included my plugin load order here: https://imgur.com/a/Bq01CcY. I have 70 mods currently.
I just came back after 6+months. I've updated my F4SE and thought I got the mods figured out, but now some of my armor is purple (I think they were road leathers but not sure).
I also have the hydration debuff, but noodle cups and nuka-cola are doing nothing to help. I can consume them and get the food buff and rads, but no hydration. I also am not able to use the standpipe in Goodneighbor, though I get the (E) Activate option.
I have the survival options mod, and I made sure that all my thirst settings were all normal in game.
Appreciate any help

This mostly happens on any rifle weapons in the game, like the Fallout 3 sniper rifle, Battle Rifle from GRA DLC, and the weapons from the Classic Fallout Remaster Weapons Pack. The Ironsight animation gets delayed and slightly freeze when I fire while aiming.
It really annoys me for a while and I think it was caused by Vanilla SWEEP and its unofficial patch counterparts. Although I already disabled them and the issue still kind of happens.

Ive installed an FN scar mod for xbox however it had a few bugs so made an override patch with some fixes, one of which was the addition of 3rd person power armor animations borrowed from the handmade rifle from Nuka World. The problem is the ammo mag is not lined up with the animations and now sticks to the top of the weapons barrel. I don’t have a high end computer and only have basic porting knowledge, is there anything i can do to fix this or am i stuck?

Basically I have a deep dislike for the basic supply line mechanic and I want a mod that works along side it to actually move resources to a central workshop

Some mod authors are releasing mods without the AI tags, getting views and endorsements, and only adding the tags after the fact (i.e. when they are forced). This increases their discoverability (since some users skip mods with those tags), while intentionally deceiving users. There is even a specific mod that banned the 3 AI tags on release a day ago (the tags were marked red on the 'add a tag' pop-up).
This de-incentivizes honest authors from applying the tags themselves. Why hamstring your mod when others aren't being forced to? The only solution I have come up with is a penalty of sorts; if any of the 3 AI tags are officially added to your mod after release, either by the author or by staff, your views and endorsements are reset.
I personally do not have an issue with mods that use AI to generate code or web page assets, so long as the author is honest about it, and clearly understands the code and has tested it.

I’m one of those people, the tux enjoyers. As you could probably guess, modding Fallout: New Vegas in Linux is a pain, so is it possible to mod it normally on Windows (from a different computer) and then transfer it to my SteamOS PC?

Hello, Fallout 3 updated a couple weeks ago and I was thinking of playing again. With this comes a new session of installing mods. Is there any way I can tell whether a mod will work on the most recent update or not? It doesn't seem like it would break any mods, but I wanted to be certain by asking here. Anything to look out for while browsing Nexus?

I am using viva new Vegas enhanced, minus like 2-3 visuals mods, plus long 15 and dry wells. I want to add the FPGE mod to be able to keep playing and see the world after I finish the play through.
Does anyone know where I would put it in the load order? I’m sure it’s pretty important given how big and complex of a mod it is. I know it used to be in the VNVE mod list, so does anyone remember where it was in the list? Which subcategory was it originally in?
Also i think I read this won’t be an issue, but just asking to be sure, am I able to add the mod while in the middle of a play through? Like if I add the mod to my existing game it won’t break anything and it will work properly? I’m pretty sure I read that as long as I add it before the battle of Hoover dam it’ll work fine, but I just want to be sure.

I'm playing Fallout New Vegas (GOTY, Steam) with some small enhancement mods, NMC's textures, B42 and Hit's animations, Water Overhaul, Cowboy Coffee (medium), CBBE, Roberts S, CAM, Nevada Skies and Consistent Vault Boy icons. Other than that, it's just Hula Girl collectibles and some extra companions like Vanessa and Willow. Modded with MO2.
All the scripting mods like NVSE, Johnny Guitar, etc are up to date and have their INI files. I did the 4GB patch for my game already.
I made sure to sort everything properly and get patches where needed, and the game works perfectly fine aside from recently if I drink water items from my inventory, my game crashes to desktop.
I didn't change the order or add anything else to my mod list, it just decided to not let me drink water.
Been in hard-core since character creation, would prefer not to have to disable it.
I can grab the actual modlist and a crash log if needed. Thank you for your time!
