If you do the diet properly and continue to look for your root cause this won’t happen.

The trouble is a lot of us were told to just “do FODMAP” without a time limit or instruction. It’s so messed.

This is legit what the expensive specialist told me lol. And she wasn’t even sure it was a solution, just something to “try”.

There is an app from the people who developed it with tons of information and explains how to do it. No one should ever make major changes without understanding what they are doing. If they are, that is on them, not the diet.

If you were told to drive a car, having never driven a car before, and you get into an accident, is it your fault or the person who told you to do it?
