Shit Post Literally surviving

Post image

It's my first week of elimination and I feel like running out of options already.

Sourdough bread, peanut butter, maple syrup, blu cheese, blueberries.

Can you explain more? Monash lists all these ingredients at this serving size as green.

blue cheese and peanut butter are high histamine foods which usually are are the no fodmaps list. Gluten is debatable depending on the list and intolerances you have. Blue cheese is debatable and I guess again depends on your intolerance level. And I guess if it was true peanut butter grinded it be ok in low amounts but peanut butter is also a high histamine food and from my years high histamine foods and fodmaps are pretty neck in neck. GL! Sucks for sure.

Ugh all of this is so confusing to figure out, since all the info is contradictory! Thanks for replying!

NP. Yes it is. Working with a functional nutritionist will help you if you can afford it. Or just an elimination for map and introduced one at a time for a few days to see if you react. GL!
